I loved how quickly the free shuttle came to get me upon arrival. Joe was a super friendly and wonderful driver. Michelle at the front desk was very welcoming upon arrival and set me up with my morning shuttle at 6am. The bar and restaurant were still open when I arrived at 815pm and I really appreciated being able to have a nice meal and drink before I headed up to my room.. The bar staff were also super friendly and helpful. My morning shuttle Driver Ferdinand was also very helpful and friendly. I loved how comfortable and quiet my room was as well ! And even thought I didn't jump in , the pool looked lovely ! This is a great hotel for a quick layover in San Diego for anyone flying in for a night or two in transit. Great location -15 min drive to popular tourist locstons. with a great pool and hot tub. Room was spacious and clean.

The big downside was the water and water pressure. Absolutely terrible so my hair felt just awful . Took forever to get hot and then the shower pressure was almost non existent. To be honest it’s a big factor that I would not stay again and sadly because I loved everything else

Exceptional service, location was perfect. Many options to dine both at the hotel and within a short walk. Loved that Trader Joe’s was within walking distance. Beautiful scenery and grounds to walk around. Room was spotless and comfortable.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Front desk always greeted us with a smile and had the answer to all of our questions. Special shout out to our server, Lisa, who took excellent care of us for our one and only breakfast at the lounge restaurant. Pool & hot tub were great. Nice to have the heated pool. Rooms were clean and bed was super comfortable.

We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this property! It was so beautiful and serene , the area around it was wonderful for walks , the pool was amazing - felt like we had it all to ourselves most times . Also adored our covered balcony overlooking the pool - sat out there in the morning with coffee and at night with a glass of wine . Parking was easy , staff was very kind.Would def recommend and stay again .

Our flight was cancelled unexpectedly & we had to stay overnight very close to the airport. This hotel is a very good choice for travelers to get to / from the airport quickly. The room was super clean & the check-in was the fastest I have ever experienced so far. It was so nice to see friendly hotel staff there as well, and I really appreciate how they managed to organize a shuttle pickup in less than 10 min. after my call - thank you for that indeed!

Value , location if you like open quiet area where you enjoy walking and get relaxed. There some good resturant ( sushi , medeatarien , american cusine ) near by within walking distance. In addition, there is a nice big subermarket nearby. Close to a nice park. Landscape . There is nice resturant inside the hotel. I really recommed it for famillies

Breakfast bistro is poor. You need a car to go to the downtown area if you want to hangout there about 20 min by car

The room was very nice, the beds very comfortable. The staff was amazing, very courteous. I asked for an extra blanket for my mother, it was at the door in minutes.

Everything was great, but still felt the room was a little pricey. Tourist tax isn't the hotel's control, so this issue may not even belong here.

location was great, we were only passing thru San Diego, close to airport yet being next to the renovated Naval Training Center gave us the ability to walk to some nice dining, shopping and enjoy the weather We were able to check in early, even though we asked and were told not sure, yet the staff was able to give us a room. It meant a great deal to us seeing as 1 in our group could relax comfortably after going through some medical treatment Thanks Courtyard

I was told that I would get 20 dollar voucher per guest but on arrival on got (1) per night. That was very disappointing and felt cheated when I paid for breakfast and it was supposedly included with my stay. Other than that it was top notch service and the stay was extremely satisfying.
