The room is spacious for 2 people. It was clean overall. Parking is limited so street parking is needed at times.

I have stayed here many times, and every time it is hard to get a hold of the staff/front desk. Seems very short staffed and you are waiting a long time to just get to talk to someone.

We know the area well because we lived in the nearby neighborhood several years ago. We had doubts about the property's proximity to busy El Cahon Blwd, but the property surprised us with its welcoming entry and modern, renovated exterior and interior. The overall design is unpretentious and tasteful. Our room was very clean, smelled nice, and was quiet. Direct parking at the hotel is limited, and parking on the streets can be tricky. However, we managed to park in the hotel parking lot four nights out of six.

When we arrived late, there was no parking at the hotel, so we had to look for parking on the streets and pay attention to the street signs restricting parking by the city.

One of the closest and only available hotels/motels in North Park so surely was nice to be able to stay there and get to our destination for the night easily. The room itself was nice. We got the single king bed. Since the room was in a corner upstairs, it did have some tight spots.

It is at least mentioned but there are only 6 parking spots. Sunday morning when we left, there was empty spots, but coming in on a Saturday evening, nothing was there, and we had to park about 3-4 blocks away. There is no elevator so anyone with mobility issues may need to request for a down floor. The price is a bit high for such a motel, but I know the key reasons why is due to its location and the lack of other hotels in the area.

Amazing location. Beautiful neighborhood. Close to many restaurants and cafes. Safe streets. Clean rooms, newish furnitures. Good to have even iron and iron table.

Parking. Every word is an understatement of how difficult it is to find a parking space. It’s very misleading to say that the place has parking. Yes it does but only a few. I’ve spent 45 minutes to find a spot around. It is a HUGE PROBLEM. I’m even not sure if they are able to check all the parking space is used by the guests. Also walls are not good to block noise away. Try to avoid staying downstairs, otherwise upper neighbors will make your life miserable every time they walk or use hot water.

Room / Hotel looked like it was recently refurbished, like it was going to be "flipped," but it was comfortable.

The owner/manager knows of this situation but the parking is a major issue. When we arrived we were lucky to find a spot within the limited motel parking. But when we returned from our evening engagement, there was no parking either within the motel or out on the street. We circled around for several blocks before we found a tiny spot across the street from the motel.

Room was very, very clean. The design is modern and simple, easy to work in. The wi-fi worked well. I liked that the windows open and I could get fresh air. Too many motels and hotels these days have sealed windows, and the rooms are either stuffy or too cold. The air in San Diego is so pleasant and fresh, it was nice to have a soft breeze in the room. North Park has become quite a hip neighborhood.

I really like this place and stay here whenever I am in town. The only thing I might suggest is a small microwave in the room. I had a leftover sandwich, which would have been nice to heat for breakfast. Also, the coffee packs could be better.

Location - 2 buses within 3min walk Clean= cleaning staff are very friendly and courteous. Kitchen with oven, microwave and refrigerator. But no single utensils. Bring your stuffs

No utensils in the kitchen. Park situation is very bad No lobby, no pool and nothing else to do in the motel. You just kind of stay at your room. Internet connection keeps breaking off. The reception is a tiny cubicle. To make matters bad, the staff have no idea/ tips etc for San Diego sight seeing.

This boutique motel has been completely refurbished, modernized and updated. The rooms are just wonderful. Nothing has been excluded from their remodel. The rooms are quite large and have a quiet refrigerator and a small coffee maker. The bathrooms came with plenty of towels and washcloths. The room was super comfortable with a nice desk and upholstered desk chair. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

There are just six parking spots in front of the hotel, but there was plenty of street parking available.

Remodeled; New floors and new paint. Good location, simple and easy check-in/checkout out. Quiet, considering the road is right there. Uber driver said this neighborhood was bad a few years ago. He said it has gone uphill since, and for two white people, dressed to the 9's (for a Christmas party) to walk out of this motel, he could hardly believe it and was a testament to the area improvement. You should not hesitate to book this motel. No breakfast, but across the street is Denny's. My husband and I went up the road, at night, to the ATM and felt perfectly safe. Overall, for the price, I recommend this motel.

People on the upper floors should be mindful that the people below can hear their footsteps. Also, there are only six private parking spots, so get to check-in early.

We stayed in a room that wasn't part of the motel but just across the street. And we would sure go back :) It was clean and comfy. The kitchen had what we needed. It would have been nice if there were towel hangers and the wifi could have worked a bit better (it worked only next to the front door) We didn't have a car but it was easy with busses. The location was good for us.
