The rooms were huge and had a nice veranda. The staff was professional and accomodating, to try to keep our parties nearby. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool, which had lots of inflatable toys. There's a separate adults-only pool for those who want a quieter swim. The property is lovely - lots of trees and walkways. The restaurant was delicious, but pricey. We ate one meal there and another at a nearby restaurant. There are many options for dining at all price points in the vicinity. There were several corporate events/weddings/birthdays while we were there.

I probably would have enjoyed it more if I golfed.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Veranda restaurant was delicious. We ate dinner and breakfast there. Michael, our waiter was amazing when we had dinner. Even though kitchen was backed up he made sure to communicate and comped a dessert for for the long wait. Debbie our waitress for breakfast was so friendly and efficient. The ladies at the little café were super sweet and definitely did a great job getting orders out ASAP during morning coffee rush. Quality of food, service and amenities were completely worth every penny.

Dinner at the Veranda was delicious. The cocktails were very well made. The grounds at RBI are stunning and have that perfect old Califonia feel. Our "standard" room and balcony were nice and large and close to the Bernardo pool, for super easy access. The chaises at the pool are really comfortable!

At the Bernardo pool, there needed to be more towels and more drinking water. Yes, it was a busy time because of the 4th of July holiday, but several times there were no towels nor drinking water. The breakfast at the Veranda was not good - bread stale and egg dish was chewy

Expansive property with several pools and garden areas that all feel private and secluded. Restaurants were excellent.

Spa services were beyond great but the spa itself was small and in bad shape. The massage was full priced but the women’s spa area were extremely small and in need of a major upgrade. The shower was not clean and the hot tub didn’t work.

Spacious, the pools, wonderful staff - nice, responsive & effective; the coffee shops opens at 0600am, and she (the barista) knows how to make excellent coffee!

The bathroom and toilet suffered from a few malfunctions…

family pool was not clean looking and I was charged a $100 fee upfront but was not informed about it. and told me it should be retuned in 5-7 business days

The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean but dated, the bed is very firm and comfortable. Staff is great, and you’re right on the course.

It was too bright in our room, we couldn’t turn the outside light off (our room was by the pool), and parking was terrible.
