The staff were very accommodating, the bed was comfortable, the room was quite large, the property is close enough to walk to the main area of town and the beach, there’s free and plentiful parking, they have a water machine, breakfast was included, and they had a pool, hot tub, and gym. We traveled with an infant and the staff provided a pack and play and even let us move to a room with a bath tub (apparently they only have a few tubs on property, so that was really appreciated).

There really wasn’t anything, when I went in the hot tub it was super frothy or sudsy, so maybe the chemicals were a little off, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast was great. The staff all were very friendly and extremely helpful. The freeway was easily accessible from the hotel.

The bed. The mattress was way too soft and not supportive of my back at all. The pillows were way too squishy. The mattress moved from one side to the other creating a ledge from the platform bed first on one side and then the other, depending on who got in the bed first. The drapes did not overlap or completely close, so the light from the parking lot showed through right onto the bed. The clock's blue light was so bright I had to turn it facedown on the night table so that light did not also shine in my face.

Exceptionally clean throughout. Every staff member encountered was pleasant and friendly. Comfortable room, I like that the window opened and there was a convenient pvc pipe in the window so it could be kept open slightly without worrying that someone could open it all the way from the outside (1st floor room). Extensive hotel buffet breakfast. Lots of towels in the room. Clean and comfortable breakfast room with some outdoor seating. Excellent location, walking distance to downtown and beaches.

No sleep timer on the TV. While most of the breakfast items available were good, the sausage links were inedible. Coffee could use improvement.

Breakfast was the only thing we were disappointed in. Out of the four days of our stay, sausage was served 3of the 4 days. I guess you only serve potatoes on the weekends, And fresh fruit such as melons, they are in season, should also be served. Not much of a variety, and we were disappointed with that. I will say that the gentleman you had working in the the breakfast area was so nice.

Nothing really. I just felt that because I wasn't a weekend customer, I didn't deserve the same type of breakfast.

Breakfast was great, staff were absolutely wonderful, amazingly helpful and responsive and friendly! I met family who had traveled separately and had some difficulties getting to the hotel, and the staff member on desk duty was so kind in easing their arrival. We reported a broken coffee maker as a "when you have a chance, could you take a look" issue, and they had a staff member with a new pot there within two minutes, who not only figured out that the pot did still work, but shared a lot of laughs with us in-between. Staff members at breakfast were likewise kind and attentive. Thank you, Best Western!

The only thing I could wish for was a hotel shuttle for late-day arrivals. Older family members who are not Lyft or Uber riders ran into difficulties getting there when public transportation had stopped running.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was great. The morning staff, the evening staff and the afternoon staff. Marcos for the breakfast area was awesome. He was totally helpful. Very knowledgeable of the hotel and the attractions around. He gave my daughter and I excellent advice on places to go, especially at Legoland. He was amazing and so is breakfast. And Harrison overnight was a ginormous help. He provided me with linens and pillows and blankets because my grandson got sick and threw up all over the place. I can't remember the other guy's name but when I checked in he was very awesome. He held me out telling me about the laundry that I used which was amazing and easy to use. We will return in a couple of weeks just because of how we were treated by your staff and everything and everyone was very awesome. You guys are lucky to have your staff treat them well.

Walking in was very welcoming, the staybwas peaceful, room service amazing, breakfast was a bonus for the stay..having clean towels, trash taken out, room vacuumed and beds made while the little time our family was out was a great experience especially coming back for a night rest, thank you for the stay will definitely come back in stay in the future

Great options for breakfast. Loved the hours. Great location. Room service daily. Hottub/ pool/ grill area. 24 hour security. Cleanliness.

Ice machine only worked on one level. Had issues with tv not working in room. Front desk employee was very rude and unprofessional when i asked for maintenance. Room keys had difficulty opening doors. Toilet in room made constant loud sound. Extremely difficult turning into hotel entrance due to high traffic area.

I liked the fact that the price was reasonable and the amenities were great. The hotel was clean and all staff from check in clerk to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying with many options including waffles, cereal, fruit, muffins, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, etc. I also liked the fact that freeway access was right there.

I can't say there was anything that I did not like.
