What breakfast?

I expected the shuttle bus to be operating in the afternoon when my flight from Australia arrived. I had even messaged the property to let them know I would be wanting to use the shuttle but was not informed it wouldn’t be operating. The convenience of the shuttle was one of the main reasons I booked your hotel. The morning shuttle worked well.

Great place close to the airport - ideal for my 24/hour layover. I didn't have funds to cab/ride share around but there was plenty of food, shops, etc. within walking distance. The motel also had a bath which was perfect after a 20+ hour flight including a stop-over. The free airport shuttle on my departure date was super handy too!

Airport shuffle didn't appear to show up when I arrived in LAX - I waited over an hour and there was no sight of it. Unfortunately I only had mobile data and wasn't able to call. I sent an email but not sure it was read in time. I imagine if I were able to call, this would have been sorted, as the staff were very accomodating. I ended up getting a public bus which was pretty easy, anyway. I did find the accomodation was pretty steeply priced, and ride shares to any nearby beaches/destinations were very pricy ($40 - $60USD+), which seemed a lot for a 15-30 minute ride, but that's probably just LA for you (and maybe due to the proximity to the airport, you get airport surcharges?)

Great airport hotel, staff were friendly and it provided good amenities for a budget airport hotel. Shuttle was available upon calling the hotel, room was clean, comfortable bed and nearby supermarket/cafe/restaurant. Good value for money considering proximity to LAX

It was a reasonable price for a stay near LAX. It was a low 8 because it was a tad better than a Motel 6. Fortunately, my room was on the ground floor and didn't have to climb stairs. The non-carpeted flooring made it feel cleaner, and the storage space let me stow stuff in an organized manner. Having a coffee maker was another perk as was having a refrigerator was another perk.

Paying $20 a night extra to park in a deteriorated parking lot was not a treat. No one spiffed up the room or restocked coffee the second night. Everything was low budget and felt a little less clean than most $150 a night rooms. It wasn't nasty, but I have no desire to return.

The staff was nice. Due to the July 18th , 19th 3rd party outage, my flight and 100s of other flights got cancelled. Many other hotels were fully booked and I picked this which was available. As I was very tired and it was later in the evening, I did not wonder around the property. The room. This is a big king size bedroom. So clean. Spacious. TV was good to to see all channels. Bathroom was spacious too. Amenities not too great but for 1 night...I didn't care.

This hotel has 3 separate buildings. I had to cross the street to get to my room. Scan a QR code and you can order a meal deliverer to your room. The horrible part is the cost! I ordered 2 entrees and after all tax and fees and tip it came up to $63 Each entree was about 15 to 20 dollars! I took uber at 3.30am to LAX . It was a quick less than 10 min ride and cost was about 15.00.

- Once you arrive, you need to call a number for the shuttle bus to come however, the hotel name is not listed on it. It doesn't have any hotel brand listed on it, so be attentive because the driver will yell your hotel and name when arriving. - Also, I scheduled my return shuttle to the airport for 11 pm. However, when I was checking out at 10:45 pm, the shuttle was beginning to leave. The point is shuttle scheduling times aren't that exact.

It was clean, close to the airport, had free shuttle from airport, nice hot shower, enough space in room. We walked down two short blocks to IHOP but lots of other eating places are walking distance. Also, there’s a Ralph’s that is about four short blocks away.

Since it’s close to Pacific Coast Highway, there is some traffic noise. The heater was a little loud but we turned it off at bedtime. Note - for the shuttle from airport, TEXT (don’t call) your name, location, and contact phone number. We also took a photo of the red sign outside the airport that said “Hotel and Private Parking Shuttle” and texted that.

Besides being extremely clean, my room was large enough for me to get around easily. ( I am healing from a broken ankle & leg.) The staff was wonderful, helping deal with my luggage and getting a wheelchair for me when I discovered a wheel missing from my walker (damaged at airport ). From the desk staff to the shuttle driver and the housekeeping staff, they were kind and helpful. These people will make your stay a great experience. Kudos to them all!

I did have quite a long wait for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. I believe it was because I talked to a recording each time I called. Spoke to a live person on 4th call who promised my pickup in 20 minutes and she was true to her word.

The lady on duty was very nice and considerate. We had a lot of luggage, so she assigned us a room that was close to the reception and on the ground floor. This way, we didn't need to walk far or carry 6 heavy bags up the stairs. The room appeared recently renovated, which we liked.

Since our room was on the ground floor, we could hear the noise from the traffic on the highway at all hours, even late at night. We booked a room with a King bed, but got one with a Deluxe Queen instead. We understand though that it was what was available when we checked in, and what suited our needs most at the time.

Close to the airport with good shuttle. Comfortable bed. Well soundproofed room. Really helpful staff and responsive to queries via Booking messenger service. Everything you need for an overnight stay. 232 bus stops right outside with easy access to the Manhattan Beach area and beyond. Andrea at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

Standard policy is for you to book and pay (per bag) with Bounce in order to leave your bags once checked out. This should be considered when comparing prices (roughly 20 dollars for two bags).
