The courtyards, the lighting at night in the courtyards, very cool. That in itself is enough to make me like a hotel, or even visit it again... and I might also overlook other small issues....

The LVT flooring tile/planks in my room (Room 114) were ' loose' or slid around when I walked on them barefoot. One of them caught my toenail at one point - that could have ended badly. I'm not sure if the tiles weren't put down correctly or if they're coming loose but someone should look into that.

Quiet room and grounds.Very Comfy bed. Very good breakfast buffet in large open lobby patio with fountain. The building and grounds have a unique Tucson style and charm. Room interior appear nicely remodeled/updated since our last stay in 2015. Key card and entry system worked easily, not like most that seem to require both hands or multiple swipes. 24 hr staff availability.

Elevator may be in need attention, slow to respond, (just 2 floors). Buttons didn't seem to work at times, worn out? Last document of inspection posted in elevator was 2021.

The hotel's location was excellent. With great ease we walked to places to eat dinner, Walmart, Walgreen and to the Desert Art Museum. It was also very easy to drive to Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park East, the Mount Lemmon Scenic drive and the Pima Airforce museum.

A few more options at breakfast would have been welcome; alternatives to sweet things and carbohydrates.

I always love staying here. It’s the perfect location. It’s close to the mountains, hiking trails, great family owned restaurants and perfect routes to get anywhere. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown, so it’s close enough to go have a drink but far enough away from the riff raff 😂. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is always so nice.

The property is in good location, near to shop and restaurant, even when you have to walk. Spacious room, comfortable bed, very nice shower that takes away my tiredness, very good selections of breakfast. There’s lemon water in the lobby for the thirsty travelers. Courteous staff. What can I say, our stay was perfect.

If I stayed here again I would make sure I got a room on the 2nd floor. Someone checked into the room above me at 2am and sounded like a herd of elephants until 5am. no fault of the hotel

The room was spacious and comfortable. The dining table in order to eat. The bed mattress was supportive and comfortable. I slept good here. I love the ice machine, Jacuzzi, and pool. The bathroom shower was awesome. I love especially the outdoor patio with a entrance to load and unload my luggage. It has easy access to the room.

Beautiful property with fountains.

The hotel description mentioned "A free hot breakfast buffet and poolside happy hour cocktails are provided." However, they did not offer happy hour cocktails. The front desk staff thought I was weird for inquiring about it. The buffet breakfast was nice, though.

Breakfast was very good and generous. Staff was pleasant from every job. I loved the details in architecture and the beautiful landscaping- really charming and reflective of southwest beauty instead of run of the mill box building.

I wish there had been carpet on the room floors.

The front desk was very pleasant and nice, the room was good, but nothing spectacular. Everything was clean and I did not have any problems during my stay. Ended up having breakfast with friends so I did not get to use the breakfast.

The bed could be a bit softer, but overall it was not too bad.
