We chose this hotel because it had a suite that would sleep 5 people in one space without having to pay for two rooms. it was a one day get a way for myself, my three sisters and our mom. Our favorite was the the outside firepit. We enjoyed our time sitting and talking around it. The breakfast was good also. The lobby was oh so lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed the sitting areas inside and out.

The miscommunication of the check in times. I was asked what time we would like to check in when i booked online and I said between 1 and 2 pm but when I got there the lady told me check in time was at 3. She told me to call back before I returned to make sure the room was ready when I asked if I just come back at 3 that's when she said maybe 4. This was a disappointment. We ended up going and having an early dinner which kept us from having to come back out later once we were settled in our room.

I liked the clean property and the easy check in/out process.

I didn't like the design of the bathroom door. I've noticed this in all the Springhill Suites properties I've stayed at. It is very annoying to be woken up by the bright light that shines through the bathroom right into my eyes when I'm trying to sleep. I wish the design could be updated to include all wood doors.

The room was a good size for our family of five. Everything was clean and beds slept well. Free breakfast with several food options to pick from.

More towels in room upon checking in. We checked in with a family of five and only two towels was in the room. But- The front desk was more than accommodating when we requested more.

When we arrived at the hotel the atmosphere was exceptional. Everything was so beautiful. The smell of their air freshener was soothing, something I would love to be able to have in my own home. The employees were extremely happy and friendly. The room was like walking into the perfect place to spend quality time with my husband and grandson.

We couldn’t stay longer.

Very clean, nice amenities and space in the room. Location was great. Good breakfast. we arrived much later than expected due to a flat tire, so we didn’t get to spend much time enjoying the property, but the room & breakfast was great.

Small detail, but I had requested in my reservation that we have towels & bedding for 6, but our room didn’t have the extra pillows, blankets or towels so we had to come back downs & get them.

The location was easy to find and not far off the interstate. The property matched exactly what I saw online and I very much appreciated that.

The only negative I saw was that my second floor room had water damage in the ceiling of the bathroom. It wasn’t awful - but it did look like it hadn’t been repaired properly for what I thought was a fairly new hotel. Once I saw it - it was hard not to notice it. Otherwise the room was great.

The room was a nice size and it had very nice amenities (cable, couch, large bathroom, king bed and great lighting.

There was some obvious wear to the hallway carpet and the upholstery on the couch and ottoman had some staining.

Breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable.

The pool was a lot smaller than we expected. It was more of a little lap pool than a play pool. We were a little put off when they started putting away breakfast at 10 till the hour.

Suite lived up to size expectations. Room to move around with two beds and a pull out couch. Staff was very accommodating to the degree they were able, but there just wasn't enough of them.

Breakfast. Just prepackaged stuff plus some pastries. Not even simple staples such as hard boiled eggs, toast, or cream cheese. It feels like covid struck, and they haven't thought to get back out the classic hotel waffle maker, even though this is a part of the country that has moved on. Maybe it's a corporate thing

Great rooms very clean and spacious

The breakfast was poor. There was some toast and yoghurt and some oatmeal and eggs but spreads were limited to honey and jam. Missing some Nutella and more fruit and oatmilk. Also at this time I can't comprehend the amount of plastic being used!
