extremely clean room and very big! not so much noise

we didn’t enjoy bedroom lighting! we would prefer to have more direct light. We had trouble booking this property because according to booking.com it had breakfast and arriving there the receptionist told us there was no such thing as it was not a hotel only…

Great location in Punta Carretas, which is a nice neighbourhood itself, with some really nice restaurants nearby. For the old town area a taxi is needed (or borrow one of the bikes at Opta Coliving. Staff was helpful. Facilities are amazing and the communal area with table tennis, board games and pool table was great to hang out. Cute little cafe with lovely coffees, treats and tea at the entrance that openend during the week. Mini market next door. Laundry area. Super complete regarding facilities. Room was spacious and clean, good beds. Really enjoyed our stay!

We expected the Punta Carreta neighbourhood to be a bit more lively during the day. So we went to old town a bit more often than anticipated. Which was no problem, since the taxi was easy to find and not too expensive and Opta has bikes available too.

Overall the stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are big and the quality of equipment is really good.

The only problem that we encountered is in the sauna/jacuzzi. It was only partly working, but not really well maintained. In jacuzzi only 1 out of 6 spots really worked, and the wet sauna was out of service while the dry one didn't have high enough temperature.

I loved the feeling of community while having privacy. I loved the view of the river, the location, the awesome gym, the cozy cafe, the bicycles, the washing/drying machines on site.

The pool was closed.

A very comfortable king size bed and a beautiful view over the La Plata. The location is particularly good, near good restaurants and the Punta Carretas Shopping Mall.

The breakfast was poor, only a cup of coffee and a little bowl with yoghurt and granola.

Location, concept, style. Amazing staff and safe place. Very spacious rooms and extremely clean.

Nothing really - but they change towels every four days that may not suit everyone.

The cafe was OK but limited

Ability to lie down on the roof by pool. Dishwasher was always broken in kitchen

The location and the spacious and comfortable room. Nice amenities, easy access to markets, museus and restaurants

The fact that we couldnt use the kitchen in the street level, the other kitchen (used with staff) was being painted.

the atmosphere with people living

the receptionist were talking and did not pay attention. They never say hello or ask anything when you pass in front of them. also I forgot my key and I wait for 5 minutes to the door be opened by a guest
