Room 11 is sea view family room on the 4th floor, accessed via stairs only. The room can accommodate up to 2 adult and 1 child with a king size bed and a daybed.

The small en suite has a shower, sink and toilet. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview channels and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A hairdryer and mini ironing board are supplied and an iron is available on request.

Please note that this room is not centrally heated and has an electric storage heater.

This newly refurbished and spacious king room features a large private bathroom. It comes with sea views across Weymouth Bay and is equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge and a flat-screen TV with Freeview.

Room 3 is a twin bedded room on the ground floor (2 steps in the hall) and looks out on to the rear street.

Room 4 is a small double room, located on the 1st floor via stairs and overlooks the rear yard and a wall so there is no view from the window.

There is a desk in the room with tea & coffee making and a hairdryer and mini ironing board are supplied with an iron available on request. The en suite has a toilet sink and a small shower with height of 6ft 3inches and 2 steps down in to it. There is also a flat screen TV with Freeview channels.

Room 7 is a gorgeous single room with a double bed and offering fabulous views over Weymouth Bay. The room has private bathrooms with a small shower cubicle. This room is located on the 2nd floor there are 2 flights of stairs to access it - there is no elevator.

Room 10 is a spacious, triple room, overlooking the rear street with en-suite shower and toilet. The room is newly refurbished and has a double bed, a single bed and relaxing seating area with a sofa . It comfortably accommodates 3 adults or two adults and 1 child. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is also a fridge and a flat screen TV. This room is located on the 4th Floor and we have no elevator so is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Room 6 is a double room on the second floor accessed via stairs only. It offers street views and has a newly refurbished, enclose balcony.

It has modern private bathrooms. There is a desk and chair in the room and it has tea/coffee making facilities.
