We stopped of here for a couple of hours sleep as both so tired. So we could continue our journey home . The bed was very comfortable and we both had a nice nap ..Very good value for price . We booked twin had double bed single bed and sofa and tv large room and bathroom..Excellent value

When arrived they hadn't received our booking ...I only booked a few hours before even though had conformation from them at oyo and booking.com .. So stressful trying to get in when you just wanted a sleep ..Eventually manager on phone said we could have key .. I would advise booking day before not few hours before as email had not reached there booking system ..

The hotel was on the dual carriage and was easy to get to. It was not even that hard to get out as there were gaps in traffic. We were in room 2, closest to the road. We didn't hear much traffic at all, and it didn't affect our sleep or our time there. It is easy to check in and check out. No deposit needed like other hotels. Facilities are what you would expect for this price. The beds were super comfy. We all slept like babies. We went for 1 night and left early the next morning, so we didn't use the shower, so I couldn't comment on that. It was clean, nicely made up and had enough space. Everything you could need for a short stay

Fantastic hotel. Was very close to an event we were attending and had easy acces to Leicester and Loughborough. Room was a little dated but was clean and bedding was just laundered. The double bed was honestly the most comfortable bed iv ever slept on so much so my husband and myself stripped it to find out where it was from. Despite being next to a busy road we couldn't hear much road noise at all and the staff were pleasant and helpful when we asked to extend our stay. For the price I was well impressed 😁

Had booked as travelling with a baby but there was no cot. When I spoke to reception they did their best but the only cot they had had been broken. But the reception staff did everything she could to find something suitable and provided bed rails and a floor bed until I could arrange something more suitable. They are a traveller hotel so guess they don't get many families staying mostly seemed like people travelling for work so can't really fault them for this.

I was not aware there was breakfast , however the Indian restaurant next door was excellent to catch up with old friends . £15. Extra for my dog seemed a bit much & this was not made clear on booking . For his part the room was cosy & he only got on the bed once 👍 . I will use this hotel again .

Noise from road , but good proofing from closed window .

A very comfortable quiet day at the OYO as it usually is to be honest. Staff are always excellent at the front desk and very friendly and welcoming. This used to be a very good value hotel until they put the prices up as is the way of the world these days!. That said,if you get it under £50 I would highly recommend this place. I stay here often and the A46 isn’t off putting at all. There is a curry house next door and a pizza place that delivers also.

Don’t have any complaints at all about this hotel. If you’re after a quiet stay somewhere to chill and detached from the society a little this place is normally very quiet.

It is exactly as it says it is. Affordable, good location and comfortable. I asked for a very late check in and the staff were happy to help, a very simple system is in place for this and this was explained clearly and then texted to me as I was driving. No breakfast option but there is a cafe down the road and we were told this in advance. Can't fault the hotel and would stop again if I was passing through.

Something more wholesome in the vending machine as you don't serve breakfast, even some juice or protein bars would be nice.

All though needs a upgrade of rooms not the best but clean and tidy shower is good TV works kettle and tea bags Towels and linen good Staff helpful with a smile 😊😊

Urgently needs updating before loosing future bookings which I think would be a shame to happen

for the size of the rooms and the cost of staying here you just can’t complain to be honest. The locations is excellent and the A46 doesn’t really affect your stay to be honest. You can get your own supply’s from a nearby Asda or there is a restaurant next door and a pizza takeaway that delivers also. I stayed in an IBIS in near Heathrow the other week and it cost me £81 with parking and the room was small and tacky. The OYO’s rooms are a great size for the price and no issues at all.

If I had one small criticism of every stay it’s that guests tend to leave their extractor fans on in the bathroom all night long which is triggered by the light being on!!. not sure why people need their bathrooms lights on ALL night and the extractor noise can grate a little. Soft close doors wouldn’t hurt either as we all know people are generally inconsiderate most times of the day!!!

It can be hit and miss here but mainly depending on how noisy people are not the hotels fault. This was a very pleasant stay and felt relaxed the next morning. You barely hear the road close by even though it’s quite a busy A road. Staff are always very welcoming and nice. You can’t ask for much more for such a price nowadays. it’s is very good value for money for a double room with bathroom etc.

It’s not the hotels fault but people can be very noisy and inconsiderate as we all know. It would be lovely if people were a little more considerate of the other people who pay money to stay somewhere and not bang around. It was a breath of fresh air not to hear the constant extractor fan noise this time so maybe they have been disconnected.

The staff members were friendly and polite. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, the room didn’t have thin walls but actually I couldn’t hear any of the neighbours.

Would have loved to have a floor towel to step on when getting out of the shower, and a bit of a fresher smell on the corridor but nothing too serious.
