Staff fantastic! The room was very comfortable, we had a great breakfast and a lovely carvery dinner . Highly recommended.

The last morning of our stay, the mattress protector had come away from the mattress, and I felt totally sick to see the stain underneath. To think we'd been sleeping on that really upset us . I spoke to the reception staff, and I hope this has been removed . It was room 17

Breakfast was very good for non vegetarians. Perhaps more continental style choice for vegetarians who do not like cooked breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.Efficent and friendly. We ate two evening meals in the restaurant and on each occasion we all enjoyed our choices. The chef on Sunday was quite a character!

Unfortunately one of our group was bitten badly by mosquitoes during the night and this affected her health.Perhaps to avoid thus happening to other guests, a plug in mosquito repellent could be made available. Two other members were also bitten but fortunately not as badly.

Room was clean, excellent condition of decor, very tidy and had almost everything we needed such as tea/coffee (and decaf!), smart TV, shower room and WC, comfortable bed. Windows which could actually be opened (to safety widths) was a nice surprise. Room size adequate for our needs. The breakfast was a real gem. This included a hot and cold buffet - more typical with five star corporate hotels (at a lot greater cost!). There was something for everyone from cooked English breakfast to fruits, yogurts, limitless hot and cold drinks and ,must more.

Do need a car or taxi if going into Stratford. One last thing - a mini-fridge in the room would have been an added bonus otherwise everything was fine

The food was superb and the staff very friendly and professional

Where the tea and coffee were situated in the corner above the dressing table I thought was a bit dangerous, also the lack of heating especially when the towels needed to be dry and the floor was slippy and wet. The bathe needs handrails as it is quite slippy getting out when you have had a shower

Fantastic location with parking on site. Staff were fabulous. We are an evening meal and breakfast on both evenings/mornings with dietary requirements taken into account and alternatives offered. The room was basic but clean and did the job for what we wanted. The location is great for exploring Stratford but allowing for a quieter stay just outside of Stratford. The roo. Had a hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Would stay there again.

The room below us were rather noisy and we could hear their conversation.

The New Inn, a family run established, is ideal for a short break stay in Stratford upon Avon. The bus stop is just a couple of minutes away and the service takes about 10 mins into Stratford, depending on traffic. Very good value for money. Good food, clean and comfortable room. Just what we needed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and were very happy to suggest things to do in the area. We would definitely return to the New Inn if visiting Stratford again.

The hotel was very good - so no complaints.

Very good breakfast with a vegetarian option was served by staff on Saturday. Room was very clean.Excellent evening meal enjoyed in the hotel's restaurant. Very convenient bus stop just outside the hotel, with a regular bus service to Stratford (about 2 miles away) although not sure about how often buses run on Sundays.Free car parking at the hotel.

Minor gripes - Would have been nice to have a couple of biscuits provided with the room' s tea/coffee service. Sunday breakfast at hotel was buffet with no vegetarian option on display but may have been available by prior arrangement

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with all the amenities required. Lovely hot shower with good pressure. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Great cooked breakfast included with vegetarian sausages on request. Adjoining pub also had great food choices.. Nice stroll into town via footpath. Approx 40 mins. 8 min Uber about £8 to return from town centre.

Room was a bit dark but other than that no complaints

Staff excellent and provide great support throughout. Room clean and functional and quiet. Restaurant was good for dinner and the Sunday carvery was a highlight. Choice was limited but quality of ingredients and food was above average at the carvery.

Breakfast choice was mainly English and would have appreciated some more fresh fruits a or more natural selection. Some baked croissants muffins would also be good to add. Due appreciate that catering for all tastes is a challenge. Aware that it’s a health and safety requirement but the green exit light is exceptional bright and lights the whole room at night, making sleeping a bit of a challenge.

Location - close enough to town but also a nice quiet and what felt like a safe neighbourhood. Plenty of parking. Lovely and clean - room and pub. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice food. Only stayed two nights but room was cleaned after the first night, which was a nice surprise.

Room decor a bit dark and dated. Would not want to walk into town - a bit too far to then have to walk around once you got there. Also some parts of the route had no pavement. There are plenty of car parks in town so this was not a problem. We parked by the butterfly farm, which was great base to explore from - right near the river and a short walk into the main town.
