The Imperial Dragon is a lovely hotel with a large free car park and a fantastic Pan Asian restaurant attached to hotel. In the evenings in the restaurant on our particular Saturday night there was live music that was very good and not at all loud or obtrusive, it made the the excellent meal we were eating even more appealing. The breakfast is served in the same restaurant and is the best that I’ve had in a hotel for a very long time. We thought it was an excellent breakfast menu, that was very generous and with lots of great choices to get your day started. The staff were all amazing, friendly and so very helpful, from the reception to the restaurant staff and cleaning staff, they were all an enormous credit to the hotel. I will definitely be back there when I am in the area again.

Nothing springs to mind, apart from, if I’m being picky, our room was quite warm at night. We just opened the window on our top floor room and that worked ok.

The hotel was amazing, Room was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. The whole hotel Philippine theme flowed through the entire building out to a beautiful oriental inspired garden. The staff were extremely helpful as I was staying with my mum, who is 85 with mobility issues. Our room was one of the luxury Thailand rooms on the ground floor Food was fantastic, and even though it was a dog friendly hotel it did not put us off in the slightest. Restaurant and bar area were beautifully decorated as were every corridor. 10 out 10 for this hotel from us. Excellent location for exploring Pembrokeshire as situated between Saundersfoot and Tenby.

All the staff were so helpful polite and couldn't do enough to help you. our room was a dog friendly family room and by far it was the best hotel and room we have stayed in. The breakfast was incredible such a selection and all cooked fresh when you order it This hotel was the best dog friendly hotel we have stayed in. Thank you to all the staff you made our stay so wonderful I wish more hotels were as good as yours thank you the walters-flower family 😊🚗

We stayed in the queen room, Thailand. The room was decorated absolutely beautifully and the bed was very comfortable! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, showing us around the hotel upon arrival. The restaurant on site was also incredible, the food and service was superb!

The sounds from the corridor were quite loud (talking, doors slamming etc.). Unfortunately the fire alarm was also set off during the night, but thankfully it was a false alarm. The bathroom was a little lackluster compared to the room decor, but that was a very minor thing!

The breakfast was excellent, we both had the Dragon Feast breakfast the first morning, it was cooked to order, very well presented and delicious, the service was excellent, all of staff were super friendly, the evening meal was superb, with a good selection of food on the menu, and good wines, spirits and beers, and not overly expensive. Special mention to the restaurant manager RJ, he was so welcoming, also to Sue the manager on duty when we arrived, super friendly and informative, showed us to our room, which was amazing, the China room was fabulous.

The bar closed early, but we could order drinks and drink them in the residents lounge, so not a negative.

Firstly, I would like to comment on the welcome and friendliness of the staff, which also incudes those in the attached Lokkys restaurant. The hotel is ideally located for attractions and towns eg around 5 mins from Tenby, Saundersfoot and Folly Farm to name a few. Our room was more spacious than the usual twin bed I have experienced, with ample tea making supplies, comfortable beds and totally quiet at night. We dined in their restaurant and found the food excellent and the staff very accommodating, in particular to our grandchildren. There is a wide variety of choice for breakfast, but their freshly cooked full English went down a treat.

From the moment that we arrived at The Imperial Dragon Hotel, we were made to feel very welcome by all staff. It is easy to find, and the carpark has ample parking to accommodate both hotel guests and Lokky's diners. Our room was on the first floor, with the lounge and dining area (in Lokky's) on the ground floor. The room itself was delightful - very original decor, clean, well equipped, superb little area with complimentary refreshments (topped up daily) and comfy bed. The ensuite was spotless and wonderfully equipped with ample towels and complimentary toiletries. The choices available for breakfast were very varied and would suit all needs and tastes - the usual self-service buffet for cereals, fresh fruits, and yoghurts was also available. The breakfast staff were very attentive to the needs of residents, and their service was excellent. As everything was cooked to order, there was sometimes a little delay, but that wasn't a problem. On two evenings, we decided to eat in Lokky's rather than having to drive down into Saundersfoot, and what an experience that was, too! Not a cheap meal, but for that special occasion or because you want to try something different, definitely book a table - delightful service, superb food with interesting choices available (and advice readily available should you not know what something is). Would I recommend The Imperial Dragon? Most certainly! Would I go back? Most certainly!

Location is perfect also free complimentary car parking. Rooms were themed I refer you to our pictures. Lokkys was Amazing we had the best meal of our complete stay here. Staff were super friendly and engaging Joy and RJ our waiter and waitress was lovely we had alot of conversations and enjoyed her company. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Imperial Dragon it is perfect for a overnight stay to a celebration. We liked everything. The only thing that was we usually have breakfast around 7am breakfast was at 8am but it was well worth the hour wait.

The restaurant was next level for Asian food & ambience a real find & such a refreshing g change to the standard Chinese food normally served in West Wales, brilliant! Fabulous themed Thai room (No 4) very relaxing & all the staff without exception were simply fantastic, especially the lady who checked us in who clearly enjoys her job & is a real credit to the owners, thank you all 👍

Room furniture could be slightly better dusted, but really I’m struggling to find anything negative here.

Breakfast was great and the staff were brilliant and helped with everything. Really pleasant from the hotel reception to the restuarant and a lady called Joy was amazing and with our dog. We would return.

We stayed for two nights and as we had a dog the room could have had a hoover or floor wipe as we went to the beach one day and sand from our dog even though we towel him down was on the floor overnight and for the next day so you have to brush it off your feet once having a shower.
