Beautiful Building Beautiful peaceful room Good parking Lovely grounds Ducks ! Close to Pembroke and Freshwater
Breakfast was tasty but uncomfortable, the table was small and wonky and with the large coffee pot, tea pot, jars of salt and pepper, 8 jars of jam on a wooden shelf, menus, table number, side plates, butter and cups and saucers on there there was no room for anything else ! it was unpleasant. When the food came and the rack of toast and our glasses of fruit juice there wasn't an inch to spare and it was very awkward to eat or butter the toast. Surely all the jams and condiments could be kept on the sideboard ? and the menus taken away ? we didn't use any of them. It's was a disappointing end to what was otherwise a very nice stay.

We loved everything from our arrival to departure. We visited 10 glorious locations from the perfect base. Starting every day with a quality full breakfast. Everyone made us so welcome, kind and knowable of the house it self and the surrounding area. Our room was large comfortable and kept very clean. I would like to thank all for such nice family atmosphere.
Nice selection of tea and coffee in the room may we request pouches of hot chocolate for a night drink. Not a real complaint.

Perfect room, perfect area, near the beach, very quiet just what we wanted, lovely garden area for our little boy to play on, right near Tenby and Manor House wildlife park just where we wanted to go, we stayed for 2 nights, and the Portclew hotel was so lovely, beautiful lovely breakfast in the mornings, and I loved my tea pot in my bedroom with my biscuits which they replenished every day. Lovely window to sit in front of while I drank my tea in the mornings. Will defo be back Thankyou so much Portclew see u all soon xx

Beautiful property. Breakfast room a delight. Staff attentive providing great service.
The building's ear piercing fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. People in the Inn had no idea if there was a problem of concern. Protocol should be in place to indicate if there is in fact an issue or a timely all clear should be made. The alarm issue was poorly handled and frankly unsettling.

Rural location but conveniently placed for Pembroke - my morning destination. Very high standards, my room was beautifully clean and well appointed, very comfortable bed and a great shower. The owners and their team were very welcoming and helpful - I was arriving late and needed a recommendation for dinner. Breakfast was delicious and served by a lovely lady who gave me lots of good local information.
There was nothing that I didn’t like but a comment would be that I arrived very late in the dark ( 9pm).not knowing the area. The address postcode is fairly large and Sat Nav doesn’t take you far enough along the lane by a few hundred yards. So perhaps using What3Words as well would be helpful.

Location beautiful, gorgeous building. Bedroom spacious and everything clean and comfortable. Breakfast choices and friendliness of staff very good
The bathroom was a little compact and out of keeping with the luxurious bedroom. Please provide bath sheet, the towels were far too small and lacking luxury. Do think nightly rate is too much.

Amazing 4 night stay. Thank you to everyone for the amazing hospitality and friendliness. The breakfast was so delicious. One of the mornings we had to get up very early as my husband was doing ironman wales. They gave us 4 breakfast bags and also provided a microwave so my husband could have porridge. Nothing was too much trouble. They even had a lockable shed for our bikes which we could access freely. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be highly recommending to everyone and would definitely come and stay again.
It was faultless!

Excellent large room with huge comfortable bed. Bathroom was large and well provided. Breakfasts excellent with plenty of choice. A very quiet area of the countryside with little light pollution or traffic noise.
The shower pressure was very weak, maybe because our room was at the top of the house? It would have taken forever to fill a bath!

Very nice building and spacious rooms. Do note that when walking the coast path, the house is somewhat uphill. As the inn close to the hotel was closed when we were staying there, the closest place to eat was down in Freshwater east (it was a good restaurant!). Breakfast was very good!

Beautiful Geogian house, very clean and with private toilet. I also liked the allocated parking space and breakfast.
Breakfast could start a bit earlier (7:30 rather than 8:00). Room could do with a wee desk for work. These are of course because you are asking, I loved the place
