We absolutely LOVED our stay at Loch Tay Highland Lodges and Glamping. It well exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the very basic glamping pod but was surprised to see how well equipped. There was a kettle, microwave and mini fridge. Exceptional value for money. Showers were hot and strong, the kitchen facilities were pleasant and well stocked. The surrounding area is gorgeous. My daughter (4) would have been happy just staying on the site the whole time. There is a small play park, beachy bit, river with wooded area. Lots that young and old can enjoy. There is also activities you can book, which would be great for the older ones. My ONLY bit of feedback, which didn’t bother me at all because of the price and the amazing location, is that the pod could use a fresh coat of paint, and when you open the windows there is a bit of cleaning that could be done. The pod could do with a couple of hooks to hang coats, towels etc. as well. Would highly recommend and plan to be back multiple times this year.

My recent stay at Loch Tay Lodge nestled within the breathtaking Milton Morenish estate was nothing short of serendipitous perfection. After a few adjustments with the lodging, I was enveloped by an air of tranquillity, as though the lodge itself was an extension of the most beautiful natural surroundings Scotland has to offer. The estate's meticulous attention to detail, both in its design and in its service, creates an atmosphere of understated elegance. The lodge's interiors effortlessly blend modern sophistication with rustic charm, every corner revealing thoughtful touches that whisper luxury. Waking up to the serene beauty of the cabin and surrounding hills was a daily indulgence, as if nature herself conspired to present her finest. Loch Tay Lodge is not just a place to stay; it is an experience that lingers in the soul long after departure. For those seeking a retreat that harmonizes with nature's grandeur while offering the pinnacle of comfort, this exquisite haven is a serendipitous find indeed.

Gorgeous location, good facilities in the en suite glamping pod. Good kitchen facilities. Bathroom adequate. Mattress was uncomfortable. No light at hot tub so difficult to use at night, Cleaning could have been slightly improved. No door mat in pod and we arrived in torrential rain on Hogmanay so the place was soaked bringing bags in. Overall a great stay. Have booked to return next year, but would definitely appreciate a light at hot tub for night use. Staff lovely and helpful. View and scenery magnificent. Killin village is just beautiful.
As mentioned above. A few small improvements could be helpful.

Lovely location and accommodation was great. We didn't eat on site but did have a drink at The Boathouse which seemed like a nice place. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer.
A couple of minor gripes.....All the wood and kindling was provided for both the fire pit and the wood burner but there were no matches provided and we had forgotten our fire lighter. As reception and the shop both close at 5 on the dot there was nowhere to get any. (None of our neighbours were around to ask to borrow some.) Towels were provided, which was great but they smelt a bit musty.

Amazing location, great base for hillwalking or other activities around Loch Tay. Very friendly staff, immediately fixed an issue we had encountered and great communication. We arrived to warm, clean amenities and the kitchenette is provided with a sponge, some cloths and washing up liquid. The fridge had a little freezer compartment which was great. Good mobile service throughout park. Hot chocolate at the Boathouse was delicious!
"Basic kitchen utensils" are available however no cutting knives or hand soap provided so be sure to take these with you (though there is a chopping board!). A dish rack could also be useful. Need to pay for wifi unless you have own data but this is stated in the booklet. Need to open windows while cooking as fire alarm can be set off quite quickly.

The Chalet was well designed and had everything you might need for a short trip. It was comfortable and it was nice to see washing up liquid and a kitchen towel were provided (it would have been nice to also get some hand soap). Unfortunately there were no sockets anywhere near the bed (contrary to the description) - the only ones were on the kitchen counter (for the kettle) and near the front door. The floor latch for the front door was also broken, which made it feel slightly less safe. However we didn't have any issues and we had a great time there.

The grounds were absolutley beautiful, the loch idyllic and the food and drinks at the restraunt amazing. All the staff were extremely friendly, I really couldn't fault the place. We stayed for 2 nights in a camping pod which we booked as a last minute random road trip. This was the cheapest option, it was basic but clean and comfortable, with fridge, microwave, kettle and TV. We are first time campers and were a tad apprehensive! We will definitely be back! The only thing we would do differently is bring our own fire wood.

Property was perfect for our needs! My son and I travelled to Loch Tay to hike the Munros in the local area and this site was ideally situated. What isn’t clear from the listing is the on site Kitchen and Communal area! These are the excellent, the kitchen is large and spacious with adequate pots and pans to prepare most meals. You should still bring your own cutlery and crockery as these were limited.
The accommodation was comfortable, though more bedding should be offered and immediately available on check in. The Tumble Dryers and Washing machines are extortionate and inefficient. As the drying room was cool and only for outdoor equipment, there was no means other than the tumble dryer to dry clothing. There were also limited ways to get change to use the machines on site, which was frustrating due to the amount of money required to operate the machines. We used the Boathouse to eat once, the food was overpriced and not of a particularly high quality.

That was my second stay at a Glamping pod.The estate was clean and inviting. The kitchenette had everything I needed to make a meal. The pod was spotless and the place was really quiet which was perfect as Im not a party person. The girl at the reception was so lovely.Well done! The view was just stunning too.
The management should make more effort to keep the local birds safe. I believe there is some signs placed in some areas of the estate ,but the place I was staying had none. I saw a small child feeding a pair of ducks with white bread.Perhaps a notice board wold be a solution or even leaflets should be handed to travellers?

We got great time at Luxury Mill house lodge. it was big house with multiple roos with nice decoration and furniture. Have private car parking and private access path to the Loch Tay. More than that, We had our own Hot Tub facing directly to nature and next our own access of the small waterfall. It was really great stay. Co op available by car 15 minutes away. There is also Farm shop 5 minutes by car.
For such nice stay you may need to pay more. The water of the hot tub and wash basin is discolored and we were told it is the color of the natural water at that area.
