Beautiful location and easy access to centre of the city but in a lovely quiet spot. Close to the tube and some lovely spots to eat and drink. Pub is beautiful inside. Staff were amazing! So helpful shoutout to Louise for being awesome. They offered to help us with our bags to the room. Cereal bars and fruit for breakfast was a lovely touch. Rooms are a lovely size and all unique. Amazing shower.

The bar closes quite early so not always able to have a drink. No hot food served. Not a big deal as so many spots around but would have been nice to have a meal at the hotel. No air conditioning - we managed and they provide fans which was lovely. Not a deal breaker.

Great historical, characterful pub with recently refurbished rooms. Staff were friendly, if a little disorganised with check in process. The manager Sharon was lovely and attentive. Rooms recently opened and are super cosy and comfortable with quality, quirky furnishings. Good wifi. Great shower and toiletries. Quiet location. Great for Little Venice. Will definitely return.

Rooms are up several flights of stairs with no lift so beware if mobility issues. A a few snags that need attention but the team are aware and seem to welcome feedback to improve. Didn't ruin stay at all. Lighting is a little dingy as decor is dark and window blocked by building. Dressing table/desk needs a chair/stool for make-up/working, tea and coffee tray but no kettle! Would be nice if breakfast was offered, even a continental breakfast box for price.

This is rooms above a pub, so nothing fancy, but for an overnight stay in Central London it was perfect for my needs. Large comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, and a very nice en suite bathroom with great shower and plenty of fluffy clean towels etc. The room had kettle with tea & coffee facilities, iron and ironing board and a nice big tv on the wall. No breakfast provided, but the local Gails was exactly what I wanted. I would happily stay again.

The only minor downside was a complete lack of hangers in the wardrobe. It's a small detail, but such as simple thing to fix and it was a pain having nowhere to hang my suit and shirt after I'd unpacked and ironed them.

The building is listed and so has fabulous history and architecture. The rooms were themed and beautifully decorated, spacious and with a lovely big window. The staff were helpful and really accomodating. The location was great and we walked from the underground with very good cafe and pubs and reasturants nearby with great food and not quite as busy or expensive as closer to the centre.

The stairs to our room were a struggle with the bags but that is to be expected in an old building with no lift

The room was two floors above a beautiful pub. The manager of the Pub checked me in a great guy whom I spent a lot of time speaking to. The shower and bedroom was very comfortable and nice as shown on the photos. Some of the piece of furniture were a little dated but that was part of the charm…. Overall very satisfied…. The only part that really bothered me was lack of even a basic breakfast but not a big deal Gail’s and Starbucks are 5 minutes away.

Saturday, we meant to arrive at the hotel, unfortunately I ended up in A&E. My partner went to go an check in later. The young man who helped was amazing, very helpful and understanding, provided a number for contact should we need anything. We arrived back Saturday night after A&E and he helped bring our bag to our room, made sure we were both ok. On the Sunday, feeling better, we went for a walk and we were able to leave our bag in the pub until we had grabbed some breakfast and taken in Little Venice. It was outstanding customer service (if you call it that). He made sure we didn't have any concerns. Excellent service. The room was as described. I have seen reviews stating there is no lift.... it is an old pub.... expectations, I would not imagine a lift in a pub - was it hard to climb up stairs? No, I have been able to walk for most of my life both up and down stairs. If you are looking to stay for a few days its more than fine to climb the not so challenging staircase - anything longer than 5 days I would expect you would be staying somewhere else. The pub is absolutely stunning inside - a real old fashion looking pub with incredible detailing. Gutted I couldn't stay for a bit and have a beer. The location is excellent, value for money is right on. Perfect for a couple for a night or two. Everything nice is close by

The shower didn't drain properly. Not so bad, slightly annoying at best. Nit pick: the toilet seems weirdly low, very strange. Not a problem - just weird.

The property was within walking distance of a wedding reception we were attending. Our host, Sharon, was very helpful regarding checking in, leaving bags and organising an Uber for our trip into central London. The Warrington retains its Victorian character as a pub, while the room and facilities are up to date and comfortable. We would recommend The Warrington as a great place to stay, to explore the local area, or further afield. Thank you

The room was large and well laid out. We had a dressing space and large bathroom with double sink, which made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. Noise from outside was far less than expected, so slept well. Fan also provided which helped in the muggy weather.

Bathroom was covered in in dust (but sanitary ware was clean). Bathroom taps need new valves. For this price we would expect better coffee (not instant).

Such a beautiful place to stay! The location is excellent, the building itself is stunning and the work gone into renovating the rooms really stands out. Sharon is a fantastic host and incredibly friendly, we felt right at home. The room was lovely and the bed super comfortable. Really looking forward to staying again!

Nothing! It was all excellent
