Staff were very helpful

The room was spacious and the night manager was very helpful when I didn't have a charger for my phone. Gave me one. Breakfast buffet was ok. Good pastries.

No veggie options in the breakfast. Would be nice to get veggie sausages or mushrooms or something for people who don't want meat. And there's no bottled water in the hotel. I found that odd. None in the room or at the bar!

The room was very comfortable, plenty of room for 2. Bathroom was modern with shower. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, I would have liked some cooked tomatoes with my English breakfast. Food was hot and covered.

It was a bit too far out for me.

Location was perfect for us, because it was closed to our family's house. Breakfast was wonderful, we were really happy with the hotel.

What we didn't like was the attitude of a staff member who was checking us in. We asked for baby cot, so he brought us the cot. But when we got to the room, there were 2 beds and there was no space for baby cot. The gentleman was not happy about taking the baby cot back. At the same time we asked for hair dryer, because there wasn't any in one of the rooms. Hearing this request the man was visibly angry and he was surprisingly rude. Nevertheless he brought us hair dryer, so we were happy at the end, but this attitude in the first few minutes of our stay was completely unnecessary.

Room bigger than expected, clean and comfortable. Many options for breakfast. Very close to 2 tube stations (Piccadilly line and Central line).

Nothing interesting nearby the hotel. Need 40 minutes by tube to get to city center.

Great breakfast. A wide selection. Everybody can choose according to their likings. Quite far from the centre but very close to the underground station so fine. Good price/quality ratio.

Quite noisy. Right next to the motorway. We asked for a room away from the motorway and the receptionist smile and expressed her understanding but when we arrived in the room, we had a wonderful view of the motorway. We didn't complain because we were tired. However, she could have said. Sorry, no way, you will get a motorway room... Also one of the shower heads was damaged and it was obvious thay keep pushing it in the hose so that it "looks good" without repairing it. Sent someone to fix it but they couldn't. Needs replacement. I think the hotel could bear the cost of replacing a shower hose ;)

Had stayed there before so had a good idea. Staff unfailingly helpful and polite, room generously equipped and very quiet. Breakfast good, varied and plentiful. Surprisingly well equipped fitness centre. Good transport links, Right off the main road but very quiet inside. Tube 100 m away and even (as it was for us) if the Piccadilly is closed, the Central Line is 5 mins walk away so getting to Central London was a doddle. For the price point, great value for London,

For me, the bed was too hard. My wife loved it though, so horses for courses!

Everything My husband and I travelled down to see the community shield at Wembley Stadium the hotel was right next to the tube station that takes you there. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed (iron, hairdryer toiletries 👍🏻) Secure car park with electric charging stations and breakfast included in the price. Also there is a tube station that takes you into the city over the road from the but because we came to see the football we didn’t go into London city centre we chose to use the restaurants and bars close to the hotel instead (also a lot cheaper than city centre prices!!!) Would absolutely recommend this hotel

- the staff are very polite and friendly, but all of them is very nice. - location was good wasn’t too far from the city centre (zone 3) - tube is close by, you can easily walk to the underground within 5mins - from the outside you wouldn’t be able to tell but the inside interior is lovely and the facilities itself is very clean. - good breakfast area

- the room I’ve stayed in it didn’t have a desk? , it was simply just a small table and a singular chair? (There was two of us so it was abit awkward) - wifi could’ve been faster? , it is good for light activities like browsing but work wise it was slow to download documents and uploading things. - the breakfast was lovely but it could’ve had abit more options…

The room was spacious, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was nice, and the shower was excellent! The bed was comfortable. I have lower back problems, and I found the mattress firm but just right. The location is excellent for those who want peace, a very quiet neighborhood and 5 minutes from the tube.

Personally, I found the location inconvenient; it's an hour's tube ride from the city center. This meant we lost a lot of time getting to and from the main tourist attractions. But at least the tube is 5 min walking from the hotel. The room had a blackout curtain, but it wasn't properly installed, and there was a gap between it and the wall, allowing the room to be bright in the morning.
