Very spacious, modern apartment. The kitchen very well equipped, apart from deep plates for porridge or soup. Bed very comfortable. Pleasant rain shower. It might be good to know for some that the shower is in a bathtub with quite a high instep. To me, that seems dangerous for anyone who is not quite stable on their feet. Parking is easy and not too far away.

It was impossible to find without the help of others. The GPS led me correctly, but the there are no signs anywhere to Charles Hope, only to other organisations. So, in the end I called them. On the phone they are very responsive and friendly. At the reception I had also asked and they referred me to the correct house, but since there were no signs whatsoever, I did not know what next. The only other thing: the bathtub for a shower (see above).

We liked staying at the apartment as it was nice and clean and had all the utilities we needed for our stay with children.

There was no parking available as there is only 2 bays allocated for the 10 apartments Charles Hope Apartments has in the area so that was disappointing as they were booked up on a first come first basis and ofcourse 2 bays will never be sufficient if you have 10 apartments to host. Thankfully there were some bays that were allocated for visitor parking which if fortunate to find vacant, you could park by paying. Other than the parking issue it was a pleasure to stay at the apartment!

A good alternative to a hotel when travelling with family. Supermarket within easy reach and on a local bus route with high frequency of buses.

Check in process assumes you have a data connection and a phone line, which for a foreign visitor is not always the case. Pre check in process is clunky. Unfair that there should be a parking charge considering most guests will need to park their hire car (in my case) may not be familiar with the area and would expect the deign of the complex includes at least one parking bay per unit which considering the price of rental should be included, which currently it is not.

Beautiful apartment with great facilities in a quiet, safe and convenient area. It was comfortable and everything worked well.

Check in instructions could be clearer - the apartment and floor are emailed to you but not the building/block or how to find it. Having to call to be checked in and to book parking seemed inconvenient- what if you’re abroad and can’t call? It’s also unclear how to book the disabled parking. Finding the place is tricky as it’s not sign posted at all - you have to turn in to the parking next to the Moda building. Would be good if there’s a sign outside or instructions sent in advance.

The flat was well appointed and still had the new feel to it. Gym facilities were excellent. Concept of the development is very good.

THe link I was given to find the place sent me to a completely wrong location. It is assumed you have a phone that can dial UK numbers get get access for the first time, which is not necessarily the case. There were only 2 plates and no breakfast bowl at all. ALl of the cutlery was not clean and had smears that suggested they had only been wiped :-(. Not having free parking is a big issue for me with a hire car.

Our two families booked two apartments in total. The rooms were very clean and stylish, and everything we needed was provided!

The only downside was the directions to the property, which were a bit confusing. Since the unit is located in a developing residential area, we had to call the support service upon arrival. Although the process was a bit complicated, the staff were very patient in explaining each step. I would definitely recommend it to my friends 👍

I was totally blown away by how exceptional this place was, almost like I was the first person to have ever stayed. This place had very high standards of cleanliness and fantastic security also great customer service. was a home from home plenty of space, parking and great location for popping in and out of Hove & Brighton.

No towels, but this really didn’t make much of a difference as location to shop is so good I just bought one. Also for the price you could just bring your own towels it’s such great value.

Car parking is extra and some walk from the block. Didn’t like that front door could be opened remotely by the invisible staff who we only spoke to on a phone. Ridiculous check in. Repeating all my info that booking.com already have and having to send passport/photo ID. To stay in a UK apartment. Thats nuts. A lot of Hassle. Won’t book again.

Brand new apartments with use of facilities, gym, roof terrace etc Clean, modern and comfortable. Call number for remote access to building and room on arrival worked smoothly

Parking on site was extra cost Location for us was perfect for visiting my son, but maybe a little far out for some if visiting central or east Brighton 1 hour walk to marina

I loved the location of the property. Very easy to get to the places we needed. Extremely comfortable for us and our dog. Will definitely be biking here again.

Lots on construction going on around the developed area so it could be quite noisy.
