Fairly easy to get to (directions were good). Good communal kitchen. Shower door was broken and room was tightly spaced (recommend making the bathroom door a bifold, as it already fabricated out of 2 half-doors with a hinge). The area felt safe with restaurants and a mini mart nearby. Could use a little repair/updating/paint to make it look better for the price. TV screen was a joke.

It could use some repair/paint to make it worth the price. “Garden view” and TV screen were a joke. The backyard had a broken bench and the screen was a computer monitor. No ceramic mugs/cups to put boiling water in, so risk of burning your hands trying to have tea/coffee.

I like the host and the cleaners they were flexible and warm they had all the things I asked for and was very helpful!!

Other guests coming out of their rooms regularly just because they wanted to know who else was staying in the ensuites and I think this because a guest knocked the window and their were a male n female talking outside the window and there were talking outside the bedroom door too and I dine nothing to make them know I was inside n just left them out because once you start opening the door for people they'll keep coming back or trying to get personal!!

I liked the building, tye garden and the friendliness of the staff at the chip shop

There's some birds poop on the path and the man at the corner off licence can be rather aggressive, staring, no customer service, wrong change and not refunding for 99p solid hand sanitiser which shows his customers used it previously but ut wasn't discovered until it was going to be used! Npas presence in form of sliver police helicopter women screaming and shouting ask your cleaning staff if they were asked to observe anything fir Npas and why and then make a complaint to the Npas Wakefield asap! As opposed to Heathrow the Npas obviously work with all the shops on that road and it shouldn't affect your holidays! But I liked the soybd if the Heathrow aeroplanes over the ensuites!

The house is very nice and the furniture is neutral as are the rooms there's enough space and the bath shower is good as it has dim lights and that helps one keep ones modesty, the staff are quietly professional!

The other residents were a bit nosey, kept coming out to see who else was there, at the window talking about me as I was inside overhearing then one lad banged on the window!

The booking procedure should be making easier for customers, Gou is a necessary requirement like ID check should be scrapped in my opinion, those £1 chargers should add on the prices, Booking .com should have ID in there file already,

Strategic location close to the airport. Absolutely a must if you have a connection at Heathrow and you need to spend few hours sleeping. Self check in information were very detailed and helpful

It was easy to get to the airport from the accommodation.

The room was a bit dirty and there were like 7 flies in my room. I know its not the hotels fault but still it wasn’t the cleanest overall.

price was exceptional for location and transit use. clean, nice decor for price.

I had ground floor room at front, it had blinds but they didn’t cover the windows. so I would suggest curtains to help people feel safer. door repair looked like someone had broken in previously. didn’t make me feel secure so I’d suggest a bolt on inside of door too.

It was all good, liked the shower a lot. Nothing wrong with bed and the room was clean. Staff were nice

Could not find the remote for the tv looked everywhere.
