We liked the convenience of being able to rest in the airport without having to collect our bags.
There was a family next to us and they very noisy - they made no effort to be quiet and staff seemed unaware. I was going to ask them to be quiet but saw that they were leaving - thank goodness. The cost on our way back from Europe was ridiculously high - AUD $394 - which is is the cost of a really good hotel - not a sleep pod - but we paid for the convenience, this time. We have calculated that it will be cheaper to go to a hotel for 2 nights rather than stay in a sleep pod at Dubai Airport.

I would HIGHLY APPRECIATE the response of the Male guy, at duty on the 17-July around 5:30 AM. He soon after confirming the payment, checked me in early, which was the generous of all response. Coming from a long flight to long connection, his response was EXCEPTIONAL
Unfortunately one of the person screaming inside the sleeping lounge, asking the staff for washroom. where everyone knows that it is a sleeping zone and we are not supposed to even talk inside. Anyhow upon mentioning it to female staff on duty around 12 pm on 17-July, she appologised and mentioned that tenant did not understand english. For me its not abt english or other language but NO ONE should be allowed to bother people sleeping inside

Staff member Prithvi at Terminal 3 (B gates) was excellent. I had a long (21 hours) layover and had pre-booked online reservation (for two separate time slots, one in Terminal 3,A and another at Terminal 3,B, it’s only a two minute subway train ride between both Terminal) after I arrived Prithvi helped rearrange the checkin start times and even called staff in Terminal A location to coordinate. After his shift was over his replacement Pauline was also very helpful and thorough. Sleep and fly at Terminal 3, B has better options I feel. The flexi suites are more comfortable and sound proof. The pods in Terminal A didn’t eliminate louder ambient sounds (especially the morning prayer call playing through all the Terminals’s overhead speakers) Also normal sound of guests checking into or out of the neighboring pods (all arranged in a row at Terminal A) may disturb light sleepers. Terminal 3, B’s location also offered a on-premise hot shower option ($20 USD) with free soap & towel service.
Providing exact locations of these lounges inside these vast Terminals would have been helpful. Say, near by Gate numbers etc. The Terminal staff I asked gave me wrong directions.

It was providing exactly what it promissed. Not less and not more. If you have long hours between connecting flights especially during the evening you can lay down for few hours and relax. Instead of suffering outside.
No bathroom inside, you have to go out and use the public facilities, but toilet is within 20 sec from the lounge. No shower facilities. The lounge is well isolated, so you don’t hear noise from outside, but inside in the sleeping area there is not much isolation; if you have noisy neughbours, that’s annoying. Luckily the staff takes care of making a respectful environment, so whoever enters the facility is reminded to be silent, and go in and out only if it is really necessary, so others are not disturbed.

The quiet environment within the airport, the very friendly staff, the lovely clean and cozy little room! It was the PERFECT place for our tour and the best decision to not just find a seat in the airport to try and sleep.
It would be the PERFECT stay if there were a toilet and shower for the Lounge guests to use within the lounge itself. We knew it did not have the facilities but to add this would be a super bonus as there is nowhere to shower really in the airport.

The room was quieter than expected from being in an airport terminal besides occasional loud patron. Lighting easily lowered to a minimal level from the bed. The small bedside table was adequate for the room size. Both locations were easy to find by staff instructions when we had to move due to construction at the original booking location. Staff were polite and friendly. Facilities were clean, and complimentary water and hot drink stations were appreciated.
Some disrespectful patrons talked loudly in the hall, and staff didn't ask them to lower voices. Supplied ear plugs did help. We arrived at the location in our departure terminal to be told we had to go to their other location back in our arrival terminal due to construction. Notice of this via email would have been appreciated ahead of time because it appeared to be a well established construction site (walls built blocking sections off, etc.) when we arrived.

The ability for the two of us to sleep in a secure comfortable room helped us to manage a 10 hour transition between flights. The ability to lock the room to protect our valuables while we slept gave us comfort and a sense of security. This is a premium way to wait for an extended period within a transit lounge.
It would be nice to have closer access to the toilets without having to get dressed. It would also be nice to have a larger blanket. We found that in the double bed room one of us would find themself uncovered with the slightest roll of the partner or move of the blanket. With that being said overall, we were comfortable.

Great spot in a convenient, easy location inside the terminal for a rest and sleep in transit. Does what it says on the tin! We used a double room which is small but perfectly formed, with a comfortable double bed, charging sockets, and enough room for your bags and quiet and dark for a good rest from the neon and noise of travel. There is some minor noise from other rooms or guests entering/leaving the facility but it is impressively quiet considering it is in the middle of the terminal. Staff were friendly, and it is easy to find right opposite Gate A1. There were also individual sleep pods we saw but did not use. Would definitely book this again for a layover.
It was quite cold air conditioning which we found on the cold side, others might not mind this. An extra blanket would have been good. Also the quilt/duvet seemed to only be a single size so not really wide enough for two in a double bed! The timeslots available to book are fixed and might not always suit your flight times, we were lucky it was perfect for our flights. The biggest downside is no toilet facility within Sleep n fly so you have to go out to the general terminal bathrooms. A shared toilet facility inside Sleep N Fly would be very helpful.

It was quiet and dark, which is important at a busy airport.
Location A gates are EXTREMELY far from international flights that arrive/depart in/from C-gates. The prayer room is convenient for those who need it, but that means those who are not familiar with the practice might not care for the earlier wake-up of "Call to Prayer." The lounge bed/chair has the potential to 'swallow up' small, loose items to the back when getting out. (A jacket and small eyeglass case)

We arrived late and had an amazing good sleep here, ready and fresh in the morning, part of a very long 40 hours trip. 2 adults and 2 children we fit perfectly in one of their cabins. The adults with one kid in the double bed and the other kid in an extra mattress that is pulled out from under the bed. The air was very good and the temperature perfect. Can't highlight enough how friendly the staff here is. Even before arriving they offered tons of info regarding our transit via DBX and when we finally got here they made our stay perfect. On departure we where right next to our flight gate to budapest. Wow! Highly recommemded!
