Apartment were so nice and clean, Hassle free checkin & out, I really appreciate Mr. Adharsh (Desk staff) For promptly addressing our needs, with easy and clear communication, without being a task to us resolving issues effectively, which made me do the extension of my stays in the property. It was bit noisy outside early in the morning due to construction works, which I i cant blame the property.

Excelent location. Unlike other hotels, if you order anything from outside they can come upstairs. The deposit was paid back in the same day. Not noisy, and the place was very good for its value, I was surprised :). Also there is a convience store in the building that delivers almost instantly if you ever need anything.

Balconey door was stuck and sadly every person who came couldnt fix it :(.

Everything was great. The apartment is very well located, very spacious and clean, offers all the necessary equipment that you might need.

The management of the property. We wanted to extend out stay so we asked for a quote 2 weeks early and they didn’t want to provide it without any explanation. Also, they have over charged us for a broken vase. It was an artificial plant that would not cost more than $20 or $25 but they wanted more than $60. When we said that it’s too much and we want to see proof they said they are not obliged to show us anything and that they can charge us for whatever amount they want.

We stayed here as residents (in between 2 apartments) and honestly best decision I could make. Apartments are still new, well maintained and the place was very clean. There is a 24 hr reception and the location (Business Bay) is well connected and accessible. Most importantly the team working here went above and beyond to make it a smooth stay for is as a small family. A big thanks to Ronabel, you’re a very kind person. And of course the rest of the team as well!

The AC was a strange one: it couldn’t maintain one steady room temperature but rather went full blast with wind when needing to cool down and than off again. No big issue, just bit uncomfortable.

Excellent location, with parking included. Brand new and very clean apartment. 24x7 grocery store on the 1st floor of the property. Priyanka from Simply Comfort was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

The sofa bed in the living room was small and could only realistically fit only one person (although it was meant for two people).

What we like the most about this property is that it is pet friendly. We can bring our pets with us and no need to worry of leaving them behind. The staffs are very accomodating, especially Mr Khan who assisted us for the check-in. The staffs are quick in responding with our requests. And since it is an apartment they almost have everything. It has kitchenwares, utensils, toiletries, extra blankets etc. It also has big balcony. There are grocery marts near the area, also some cafes just across the facility.

The location. The area is kinda busy, i am not sure if it is just because it was rush hour and everyone is going home or it is really traffic in the other end because of the round about. Also the AC, it is automatic, so it is shutting down every now and then when it reach the desired temperature.

We had a wonderful stay at Simply Comfort in J One - impeccable service, comfortable rooms, and a truly relaxing experience. Overall very satisfied customer.

During my stay, we encountered intermittent sewage smell and noticed that many of the sockets in the room were not functioning properly. This affected our overall comfort and convenience during our stay. We hope the hotel addresses these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests. Other than this the apartment was well worth it and a very happy customer.

Location is very good. There are two 24/7 supermarkets at the ground level. The view from the balcony was also great. Centralized air con was also working well.

The common toilet was a bit stinky on arrival.

I wanted to extend, but they gave me a higher rate than the one I reserved, so I had to move to another apartment. they did not inform me that there is no hot water, then I discovered that in Dubai, even the cold water becomes HOT! I had to call them to make the washing machine work, and the Microwave, plugs were not working.
