I liked the shipwreck pool for the kids , the jacuzzi, and the lazy river. The room view was nice as well. The kitchen was a plus.

The fact that the building was under construction and there was nothing mentioned about it until I arrived. I was very disappointed. The check in was next door and there was nothing mentioned about that. It made an inconvenience for my handicapped mother.

My grandkids loved the kiddie island. They also had an AMAZING Fire and Hula show that guest could also learn to hula 🥰. The pools and jacuzzis were nice and clean as well as the room. The balcony was nice with enough space. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK!!!!!

The elevators kept tearing up and I had my elderly parents and grandkids with me

Beautiful resort even during renovation it's still a great place to unwind and enjoy the sun!

The construction going on confused where to go to check in and the security guards at the parking garage should be more helpful instead of watching congestion with cars coming in and out of garage!

Everything. Everything was fantastic. My 2 year old loved to pool with the ship. I didn't have to worry either. There was staff walking around the pool grounds making sure everything was going smoothly. It was just fun fun fun. There are multiple pools, a lazy river, and multiple hot tubs. One hot tub is for grown-up only and it was great.

The bowling was a plus a whole vibe chicken and drinks was 🔥 I didn't like the bars outside closing early I feel adults love to sip in the evening that opportunities could be a vibe with some music but over all fantastic you can literally walk anywhere from this location mini golfing 2 blocks restaurants cheaper on Kingsway up street from hooka lounges & boardwalk breakfast on 9th 10 out of 10 coming back for a family party

Lots of selections for pools and hot tubs.

Did not like that there was pay to park. If im staying at the hotel and paying for the room shouldn't parking be free or already included or The price.

I didnt lije the check in it took so long and then to get wrist band you still have to wait ..when you do the check in they need to give us everything o one time

We enjoyed the friendly guy at the pool with the kids.The outdoor pools.

The lazy river was terrible.The indoor water stuff wasnt good.I think alot of this was de to construction going on.

Too many chemicals in the pools bleached my shorts and broke me out but it was nice. And all the construction, but getting upgrades!

Check in time at 4pm. I feel like check in time should be at 3pm .. Because the price and the fees have gone up over the past 4 years . Let people check in at 3 check out at 12
