Location and Bar/Food Service. Front desk staff was wonderful.

No robes or slippers provided. Bartender could be more friendly. Large hotel comes with long walk to and from room.

Room was spacious compared to Manhattan hotels. Big bed. Long couch. Lots of space to spread out in terms of tables, closets, etc. Had a 20th floor room, so no noise issues. Within walking distance of many restaurants, stores, etc. You get a $30 per day voucher at the restaurant/breakfast nook in the lobby. Very efficient and convenient.

Nothing really to quibble with. We were visiting family in Brooklyn, so never went into Manhattan, but if you're planning to visit Manhattan sites like Central Park, Broadway, museums, etc., it's long, expensive cab ride each way, so probably keep that in mind.

Location was good, it was about 30 minutes on the subway (2 stations right nearby the hotel) into the city but it was nice to be out of the craziness of Manhattan. The staff were all lovely and the room and hotel were always very clean. The beds were super comfy and our room was very spacious and quiet. There were lots of food options and stores within walking distance.

The room didn’t have a microwave and the fridge was a bit small. The bathroom also didn’t have a fan so it got very wet in there from steam, and the sink didn’t drain well.

The room was great, back of the building, silent, great attention from the staff. The hotel location optimal, a couple steps from the subway, easy to access even in rainy days, the staff offered everything we could ask for.

the room was too far from the elevator, there is only one set of elevators, and our room was way to far from it. There is no breakfast included, BUT if you pay atention to the advices of the staff you could get the best of what you pay.

Handed a “Destination Fee” sheet which I understood was $25 for us each day. Upon receiving bill, found out we OWED $25 each day. A terrible surprise. Terribly handled! terrible view at first. they changed our room with difficulty. appreciated.

Spacious room with very comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff especially in Pantry. Good to have $25 tax usable towards breakfast costs.

No armchair/ comfortable seating in room and could not sit in lobby/ bar in evening unless eating there. So had to sit on the bed.Stayed 6 nights so it was a bit restricted

the room was very spacious, clean and quiet. the staff was very kind and helpful they gave us the room a lot earlier than the check-in hour considering we came a long way. the hotel is located near a subway station that could take you easily to any destination in Manhattan.

The bedding was amazing, and the shower toiletries came in handy. Cleaning lady brought us a blanket when I requested it from her directly.

We went down to the front desk to ask about the blanket and mention that our shower head needed to be looked at. He said that he'd make the request and get it taken care of. When we came back ~5 hours later, it had not.

Location is great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Pillows and king size bed were not as comfortable as we were hoping. There was also a smell in the bathroom toilet, thinking it was mildew odor. The rooms could use an update. I went to this hotel for the great bar and restaurant back in the 1990s when it was built. Big difference now! Liked the old place much more and looked so much better.

We love the restaurant and the servers. Food is good and plentiful. Nice atmosphere too.

Pillows and king size bed not really all that comfortable for $400+ a night room. And Saturday night our floor smelt like Pot all night. Housecleaning didn't clean our room one of the days so I had to let the front desk know before we went up for the evening.
