The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were many parking spaces and I never had to walk far to get in. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable and well-made. The breakfast was good, the pool was nice, and though we didn't spend too much time at the hotel, it was perfect for our trip! If you're looking for somewhere to stay for plans in the Louisville area and can commute in, this hotel is perfect for that!

There were not any issues that I had during this stay. The staff were very respectful and if there were any "issues" they were minor, and fixed immediately by the front desk staff.

Everything was great! Very clean! The room is spacious, nice new furniture and renovation. We celebrated the New Year and we really liked it. The breakfasts were very cozy and tasty. There was coffee all day! Very tasty! The pool was cold, but that's how it should be. The location is great, and so is the staff. We really liked it, we will definitely come back. Really liked it 10/10. Add a bonus to the cleaning girls! Very caring and diligent.

soundproofing (neighbors were very audible) and us were probably heard too (sorry) , cold pool. But neither one nor the other spoiled our rest and impression of the hotel.

The breakfast was good. The staff was nice. We were there to rest, shower, and eat. We were supporting daughter-in-law in New Albany hospital and newborn granddaughter in NICU in Louisville Children's Hospital. We weren't there to see sights or swim. It was quiet and allowed us to recharge our batteries after long days in hospital.

Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was nice with lots of options. The lobby was comfortable and cozy

We checked out the morning of the 29th and the young man gave us a little attitude. The front lobby doors are locked for security and we did not know this. My husband tried to come back in and the doors would not open. The young man got upset like we knew they were locked. And had a small attitude about it. Other than that everything was excellent.

Everything was perfect about our stay. We had our whole baseball family and the staff was super friendly and accommodating when we all had to book an additional night.

Didn't like the bed covers. The sheet alone was not enough, and the comforter was too much. I would bring a regular blanket with me next time.

Very clean and smelled new. Smaller room but we didn't mind. Good breakfast, and in close proximity to market street and things to do. Friendly enough staff and free coffee at all hours was nice.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable. There were traveling baseball teams staying and they were outside making a lot of noise at 11:30pm. They were throwing a football near vehicles and screaming. It would have been nice if staff would have asked them to stop since their parents apparently failed at their job of teaching them to be courteous.

I had a medical emergency in the middle of the night. The staff was so kind and helpful in directing us to the nearest hospital since it wasn’t severe enough for an ambulance but did need immediate attention. 4 minutes from a hospital and we’re given perfect directions.

There was no liner in the bathroom trash can. A small complaint overall.
