The breakfast was great. Location was good as close to highway, but not loud.

The second room for my friend was locked from the inside. I had to go down to the desk, go back up to show the desk staff, go back down to get another key. Just annoying. This should have been checked prior to assigning that room. The area around the pool was very slippery. Water everywhere from kids jumping in the pool. I almost fell three times just trying to get to a chair to put my stuff down. The have a sign up for wet surface, but should be one for death trap.

Nice modern finishes in our room. Simple and functional. Very clean room. The hotel bar and kitchen was a nice surprise although we didn't eat there it was nice to know we could have. The location was perfect for our trip to Medieval Times.

My wife and I aren't big fans of the large overhead style showerheads but that wasn't a huge deal.

We love staying here. It’s our favorite place! Feels like home away from home to us.

The only thing I didn’t like about it was the pool and hot tub were shut down which we knew ahead of time.. just stinks.

Unfortunately the hotel information on the web and on Booking.com is not correct. We booked this hotel because it listed an airport shuttle service but it doesn’t have one which was the main reason we booked this hotel so that was very disappointing and frustrating. The nice young lady at reception took $10 off our bill but the pre-booked Uber to O’Hare was $48.50!

I love everything about the place! we stayed here for the first time many years ago and now it’s the only place we stay! between just feeling welcome, the pool, and the outside fire pit. it’s my home away from home!

The first time I used the pool, there was no clean dry towel available at the pool. I ordered a valentine package. One of the balloons was already popped.

No microwave, kerrig didn't work in room initially, breakfast included didn't cover all my guests (didn't find out until after checked in and tried to feed my family breakfast - felt misled.... When I reserved room said breakfast included ...assumed meant for my whole group....I put in 1 adult and two kids and only two adults were covered). When I asked about clarification for the breakfast the staff was rude and said I should have called ahead...not their fault thati reserved online

Excellent -no issues

Facility was undergoing construction in hallways & lobby areas. We were warned in advance so it was a marginal hit on a positive experience.

Bed and bedding were super comfortable. Room was very clean. Staff very welcoming. Pool temperature was perfect.

Jacuzzi wasn't working.
