My stay at Signiel Seoul was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The view from the room was breathtaking – the panoramic skyline of Seoul from such a height is something I will never forget. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable – both the rooms and common areas were spotless. The hotel staff deserves special recognition for their incredible courtesy, helpfulness, and constant warm smiles. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and extremely comfortable. The mattresses were outstanding, providing a restful and rejuvenating sleep. The food was another highlight – whether dining at the hotel’s restaurants or ordering through room service, every meal was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. The room service was impressively fast and highly professional. In summary, Signiel Seoul offers not just luxury but also an attention to detail that is truly remarkable. My stay here was an unforgettable experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking excellence in every aspect.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic: the view is breathtaking, bed is heavenly and breakfast in the restaurant “Stay” exceeds the expectations. Staff is very welcoming and polite, and overall we had a great experience. I also enjoyed the diptique products in the bathroom. The hotel is located near a really good and huge shopping mall that has pretty much everything you need. The fitness/swimming pool area is very well equipped, but prepare to wear a swimming cap and be fully naked in the sauna. Salon de SIGNIEL is also a very nice addition to your stay.

One thing that we didn’t like was the location of the hotel - it takes around 40-45 minutes by taxi to get to Myeongdong, Itaewon, Anguk etc. but that is not something that can be changed. Also, when ordering breakfast from room service menu do not expect it to be as good as the one in the restaurant - it is much simpler. Sadly, the breakfast buffet is open only until 10:00 so after having a severe jet lag we almost never could make it. Anyway, these are just minor inconveniences and everything else was great.

The service from the staff and the room amenities provided was beyond what most hotels would provide. They also provide complementary ironing services every day, and their laundry turnaround time was very speedy. It's a place where top dollar demands top service, which the staff fulfils well within expectations.

The location is not ideal for general touring purposes, as it is quite a distance to main attractions despite the connectivity of Line 2. It would probably be better suited to travellers who are looking to do shopping for luxury brands, which are plentiful in the area.

The view from the rooms is amazing. The building and the hotel are new and luxurious. They're connected to shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment areas. Even when the weather is bad, you can manage through underground connectors. The subway station is also right there.

The staff is not well trained. They are all very friendly and professional but don't know what they are doing. Check-in took forever. Getting two keys for the room was so difficult, which I don't understand. The hallway on the 95th floor smelled horrible with a strong chemical smell. I wanted to take a peppermint tea bag from Le Salon de Signiel as the room did not have peppermint tea. The staff said "No". For paying $600 a night, I cannot take a peppermint tea bag to my room? It's ridiculous.

Great luxury hotel with everything you need, in an amazing location. Staff was fantastic, the hotel has just everything you need from room service to pool and all facilities in your room, the view was great too overlooking the city and the river.

The room where we were staying was a bit neglected with stains on the walls and carpet, however it was kept clean and tidy.

We were treated to an amazing view from our hotel room, featuring broad, captivating scenes of the river and Seoul. The delicious food and fantastic in-room dining further enhanced our wonderful experience. Moreover, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Amazing indeed!

Best hotel we have ever stayed at, the whole experience was wonderful. We arrived at about 12pm and were able to leave our luggage with them and "check in", however our room was not available until 3pm. We went for a walk to Olympic Park which is worth an explore if you have time. After arriving back at the hotel we went straight to our room on the 98th floor and the views were spectacular. The only thing I regret is not upgrading to a room over looking the Han River (something for next time!), the city views were still amazing with thr mountains in the background. We made the most of the complimentary refreshments until 4pm and then evening drinks watching the sunset around 7pm. The gym facilities were fantastic and of course had amazing views! Overall it was a 10/10 experience and we'll definitely be back!

It's only minor, but it would have been nice to have some water offered while we were waiting to be checked in, as we had to wait around 15 minutes to called to the desk.

The hotel is stunning right near the lotte mall and the lotte tower which was super convenient in terms of shopping and seeing the other attractions we wanted such as Seoul Sky and the lotte world amusement park. From the second we entered the hotel the staff and concierges greeted us with a smile and their service was exceptional we wanted to see traditional markets and informed a lovely lady at reception and ended up receiving a map to our room with all the locations pinpointed which I thought was so lovely. Signiel immaculately answered any questions we had during our stay and helped us to the best of their abilities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Signiel Seoul, highly recommend it!!.

The standout tower in the center of the city. So iconic and striking it towers over the city skyline. Like namsan tower

If I am being picky someone of the interior decor could have been more clean. The carpet rug was noticeable more dark in high traffic areas but colour very diffrent under table or chair

I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY at how great the experience was. I originally booked a suite which was a bit bigger than some of the other rooms, but the staff upgraded me to a larger suite which honestly felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. The bathroom was HUGE and the room overall was very comfortable. I didn't use the minibar but there were lots of great options for alcohol and drinks/snacks. And the view from the top (101st floor) was absolutely phenomenal.
