The breakfast spread was fantastic with a variety of delicious and high-quality options. The pool was far away from the room but nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was awesome surrounded by greenery and nature. Car parking was free and available close to the property. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

In our room, there was a dividing wall that was as tall as my chest behind which the queen bed was positioned. This wall had a huge crack on it and that was a little scary/weird with children in the room. The bunk beds did not seem as sturdy as I was hoping they would be. The TV was old and did not have smart options wherein we could log into our Netflix, YouTube or other online video content platforms.

We've stayed here before and got pretty much what we expected. What we like about the hotel is the value for money, the good breakfast, the easy parking and the fact that it's good for walking around the area. The room and bathroom are not big, but you can sleep, and after all that is the most important thing. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, it takes about 45-60 minutes on foot to get to the city. However, there is bus service, the bus stop is close to the accommodation. Breakfast is delicious and the view is very good while having breakfast :-)

The bed is very small and uncomfortable, not good to sleep on.

The staff was wonderful and the location is great. The hotel is situated in a beautiful hilly and green area of Holland. Staff was kind and helped me out to print some much-needed forms in the middle of the night, with a big smile. Awesomeness!

I disliked the absence of airco. Normally not really necessary, but this week temps are 30+ C in Holland and I could've fancied A/C

The hotel location was excellent. It's set in a quiet area of rich woodland with great walks. The restaurant was good and breakfast especially was varied. The staff were very helpful, English speaking and professional. There were plenty of extra facilities that I didn't use. Billiards room, pool, newspapers, room service, massage, spa etc so I can't comment but I imagine they were of good quality.

To be fair, I booked a single room and that is what I was given. It was basic accommodation for a four star hotel. 1980s student room style. It suited me and I had no complains but I have to suggest others might feel it was below par. The hotel is larger than anticipated so its noisy and echoes but as most clients were older people the noise didn't last late into the night. I need to book early for dinner even as a resident. Getting to it probably requires a car. There appears to very ample parking.

Very nice location and nice staff,

I reserved the suite, but when we arrived the suite smelled like somebody has been smoking there for weeks. The receptionist gave us another room, delux room but not a suite, and some voucher. She did manage that very nice. We put the hanger out for room service brackfast, but the hanger was not collected, so we had brackfast down stairs.

Nice setting in countryside with nice views. Close enough to Nijmegan to justify going in for restaurant etc. Nice pool, which we had all to ourselves. Arranging a nice massage went smoothly. Tasty breakfast.

With kids of 2.5 and 6, we missed facilities to entertain them. A small playground would be a good addition. The 'playroom' is fpr older kids (pingpong table). Staff on reception were functional but not friendly. Somehow I still believe in reception offering a helpful, friendly welcome and I missed that in my interactions here.

Large hotel, a bit of a maze with many corridors and stairs. Beautiful location, with a nice terrace overlooking the forest offering far-reaching views. Good breakfast, nice room.

There was quite a bit of noise in the corridor and the room next to us in the middle of the night, as well as people knocking on our door repeatedly.

A quiet location with plenty of parking and clear signage from the main road. Guests are made welcome with helpful staff. The bed was extremely comfortable (memory foam type soft mattress)

Not really a dislike but the room was showing its age and would benefit from refurbishing. Carpet was a bit worn and shower cubicle could be renewed. Not sufficient to dissuade one from returning again.

Surprisingly neat hotel at the entrance, looks very clean, nice open lobby area. Friendly staff. Late check-in was possible. Nice room, clean, sufficiently large bathroom. Nice and extensive breakfast. The bed was very soft (either you like it or not).

I was missing some power plugs at the bed side. The room smelled a bit as if it used to be a smokers room. The central heating pipes are quite noisy.

Beautiful surroundings in the east of the Netherlands, close to the German border. Good parking facilities. Roomy room, all facilities needed, roomy bathroom. Comfortable bed. Room is all clean and comfortable. Nice staff, hospitable, professional. Good housewine, also sold online.

A bit dated, nineties style and a bit worn out. Not too bad, but it needs an update.
