carpark ramp from going from B3 to B4. There is bump at the top of the ramp that cause our cars to scrape the undercarrige when exiting from B3 to B4. The speed bump on B4 coming up from B3 has lots of scapes from car under carridges. Pls fix this. Also your parking on level b5 is dirty and unsafe.

Location and facilities.Swimming pool. Large comfortable room. Drinking water facility.

Leaking window with water running onto electric socket. Two lamps poorly wired and connections exposed with no earth wire. These faults were reported to the duty manager. General appearance requires more regular maintenance.For example -plants growing in corroded steelwork under the sitting deck around the pool.

The hotel location is next to Ipoh mall which is very convenient for shopping and it is close by to the old city center also. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard offerings, would be good if there are more varieties in the cold cuts n salad sections and cooked food choices, like serving more of Ipoh local fares will be nice. The Cantonese restaurant served very good dishes and their smoked duck with lychee was superb!

What we do not like is the hotel carpark was closed a few times and we had to get around to the mall carpark to get to level 4 hotel carpark. Hope you can look at improving the hotel carpark entry machine maintenance.

Room - we booked the studio room and it exceeded our expectation. it was huge and comfortable. got bath tub & we love the room complementary! Breakfast - this is the highlight of our stay. the breakfast was really good! worth every penny! the curry noodles was superb! the ipoh white coffee was on hit! every single thing is so so good! do consider to have a breakfast here. Location - its located in the main town. what great is that its attached to ipoh parade.

Parking - its attached to the ipoh parade mall. during peak hours, quite difficult to get a parking. we parked at P5 but i dont recommend a spacious car to park this area because the exit to steep!

What an amazing view of Ipoh from the roof with an infinity pool and restaurant. Excellent location with the hotel adjoining a shopping centre. Fabulous buffet breakfast!

My room adjoined another room(s) with only 2 doors separating them so it was as if I was in their room when they were there. And they would arrive late after 11pm and call out loudly to the other guests. After requesting to be moved rooms I received no response. Just like no-one answers the phone in reception or security after 12 midnight to 2:30 am in the morning when the neighbouring guests were being extremely loud.

Lovely spacious room which was comfortable. Breakfast food was good with variety. Location was fine with everything within easy reach by car. Pool was good even though there was work being done in the area.

There was only one bar which wasn't open on a Sunday when we wanted a drink to relax. Another time we used the bar we wanted to order some food but was told the kitchen was closed. Staff didn't know what was in the cocktails when asked and there was no description on the menus. No other place you could sit with a drink or coffee to relax.

I chose the Weil hotel for its location and having the easy access to the mall (in case of inclement weather). All of the places we sought to see were close by and was easy for our driver. The reception was also very accommodating to allow us extra time for check out in relation to our 3 rooms. The rooms were large and comfortable - being able to open the connecting door meant that we could use the central bedroom to gather and chat using the furniture from both rooms. Being from Melbourne, I was happy with the air-conditioning!

Some extra lighting in the shower area would be great. It was a bit dark when showering with the blinds closed.

Big rooms, nice jacuzzi, courtesy lounge was a nice surprise. Polite staff and comfortable bed. Housekeeping is super efficient and polite. Location is amazing.

Parking is a dizzying spiral up and down. Ticket system is buggy and rejects the endorsed ticket several times before letting you pass. Jacuzzi had a greasy film on the sides probably the residue of a thousand couples before you. Air-conditioning is not quite cold enough even at minimum temperature and the air is directed at the vertical blinds that flap and knock the windows all day and night. Breakfast is shameful for the amount paid. Nasi lemak is one thing any hotel in Malaysia should get right. This one is fluorescent green and smells of fake Pandan essence. Sambal is a sweet watery soup. Coffee is horrible. You're in Ipoh so coffee shouldn't be disgusting like it is. No butter available only margarine. For this standard you should not serve that artery clogging nonsense.

Everthing very good..recomemded Hotel to stay in for couple and family..the best is easy access to shoping mall

just need Hotel managment to look in grouping drink alcohol at swimming pool table..i hv experince when bring my wife and kid swiming at pool during evening time..there were a big group drinking alcohol and that bring bad smell and not good to kid see that..it better not allow group drinking during that time..maybe managment better allow big group drink at other time or other place..if few people at 1 table it ok..but when it come more than 8 people drink one time is not good for those bring family..BTW overall WEIl Hotel is awsome.

I don't believe reception desk staff requested that I place a MYR 250 as deposit even though I wanted to make full payment upon check-in. Took her a few minutes to understand what I mean. Blame it on language and translation
