Great facilities, very helpful staff

Saturday night Fijian dancers show - Do NOT buy at all! The show is sold as a packet with a buffet dinner; while he show itself, if you can see it at all, is great, there is NO control and people who have not bought the show or the buffet literally walk in from the the pool area or anywhere and stand in front of your table (for which you paid almost 100 dollars) blocking all your view. Do NOT buy this show packet at all, just walk in an you'll enjoy the show much better than the people who paid, and for free! I feel we deserve a refund for this!

Love Fiji, been there 6 or so times. Friendly & helpful staff Booked the Hilton Adult section so no noisy kids. Room had great bed & shower. Meals & drinks always excellent. Best for relaxing & chilling out.

Cold pools need some solar panels just to heat up a few degrees, worst tv ever, awful channels that didn't work properly need Netflix. Bula express buggy that takes you to reception/restaurants seem to be more hit & miss now. Hilton really needs upgrading like the Westin & Radisson are doing. Don't think we'll be back at the Hilton again.

Good breakfast, plenty of variety. Also plenty of choice for dining within the resort. Friendly and helpful staff Child free pool area and dining which is great for people who want a break from kids. Large well equipped rooms.

Place starting to look a bit tired Hot water service in our room very noisy Massage area not private, I chose not to have one as I did not want to be on display

Beachfront room with porch had a great view and was as pictured on the website, restaurants were excellent, as was nightly restaurant entertainment. Huge resort with a long coastline and great views throughout, good resort amenities and facilities, including watersports and island charters available from the beachfront. Friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. In-room requests were responded to fairly promptly. Accommodated an earlier check-in, and had change/shower facilities at reception. Good in-room wi-fi. Close to Port Denarau for cruises and tours, and shopping/dining.

Room and porch furniture and upholstery had some visible wear and tear/stains. Some power outlets and the bathroom fan in the room weren't working, so we had to boil water for our tea with the kettle on the floor and after a shower it was better to ventilate the room by opening the porch sliding door for a few minutes, and have the ceiling fan on.

The staff at the resort are amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The pools are awesome with the option to go to the adults-only pool. Great choice of restaurants - everything you need is available and a quick trip on the Bula Bus, can get you to Port Denarau and the other resorts if you fancy a change of scene. Highly recommend this resort.

The Spa was not up to expectations at all. The spa was very busy and so appears they were overextended and the masseuse appeared to have no idea what she was doing. She kept leaving the room for 5 minute blocks and so I definitely did not get my full hour. My family member in another room, was asked repeatedly if she had had "work done" on her face as she had a line on her forehead (from the towel when she had been lying facedown!). Overall experience was very disappointing.

Fantastic facility for couples. The Koro adults are is awesome . It could do with an area of sun shade over the main pool .

Staff are exceptional.. My husband has a bad hip and the staff could not be more helpful. They went out of there way from picking us up and dropping off us off to our room or restaurant with their golf carts that are available for all guests. Great service of the golf buggies to get from one end of the resort to the other. When our room was made up each day there one always a personal touch from flowers around the room or our shell necklaces we left on the side table were used to create hearts on our bed which we loved, plenty of bottle water deliveried to stay hydrated and for health reasons. Room was clean and well presented. Just a little dated but comfotable and welcoming. We spent most of our time at the resort relaxing we did not do tours just relaxed and spent time at the pools which was our main reason for the holiday to stop and relax not run around.. We will be back another time to do the sightseeing adventures.

We could not say we didn't like this or that? to say that we believe would be just being picky. We loved our holiday and stay.

Fantastic sea view from our villa which was beautiful. Plenty of space. Excellent shower. Comfy bed with pillow options. Very clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. Great buffet breakfast (we chose the breakfast included option) and main pool awesome. Check out the ginger beer mocktails poolside! Loved being able to walk over from the villa to swim in the sea. Would definitely stay here again. Great restaurant options at Port Denarau.

Layout of the seating /cabana by the plunge pool didn't allow for all four villas to practically use at one time and the daybed mat had seen better days so for the cost we wouldn't book a villa with plunge pool again but definitely would get a sea view room.

The room was in a quiet section of the property which we liked, and of a generous size. All staff were very polite and friendly. Any requests were acted upon promptly. Would definitely recommend

The room was advertised as a garden view "which was a bit of a stretch", overlooking a fence and several water tanks, but I guess some rooms have to be at the end of the property, but perhaps it shouldn't have been advertised as such. The curtains required maintenance as part of them kept falling from the track and they didn't slide well. Doesn't sound like much but it was quite annoying each day.

We were extremely happy with the room. Having a separate bedroom made for a perfect stay. The bed was comfortable and the lighting in the room was fantastic. The bathroom was great, no complaints at all. There were plenty of cupboards and drawers to store our stuff for our stay. The air conditioning was a treat. We had breakfast at Koro's each day. I have to say, paying the extra to include breakfast was the best thing we did. There was everything you could ask for available. The staff were amazing. So friendly and kind. Always with a smile. A big shout out to Eva, she went above and beyond with her service to us for breakfast. An absolutely beautiful person. We ate mainly at the restaurants at the hotel, with no complaints at all. Nuku was our favorite, with such a broad menu. The staff there were great and very attentive. The Bula Bus was fantastic. Being such a large Resort, it is a rather long walk at times. We would definitely recommend staying here. Nothing was too hard for the staff, and they went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

We only have two complaints. The woman who worked at the ice cream hut outside the Nuku restaurant, she was so rude, what an awful person, we refused to purchase anything from her on principle. The woman who worked where we purchased our hop on hop off bus tickets to the marina, she was also very rude. It was not pleasant to deal with either of these women.
