The room was very clean and comfortable, the service was very good. I arrived very late due to the traffic in Kampala, but it was not a problem, the staff were expecting me and were very helpful, I arrived at 1.30am but the reception had 24 hour service so I was greeted by a staff member on my arrival..The breakfast was very good also, great variety. The hotel was very close to the airport, and they provided a shuttle to the airport the next day, which was all very smooth and efficient.

I have nothing to complain about, I was only at the hotel one night, but I had a very positive experience.

The hotel offered an excellent breakfast each morning, with a wide array of freshly prepared dishes that catered to all tastes. From crisp pastries and rich, aromatic coffee to a variety of fruits and hot options, it was the perfect way to start the day. The swimming pool was a true highlight of the stay—spacious, clean, and well-maintained, it provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. Although the hotel was located near a large road, we were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful it was at night. The thoughtful design and soundproofing ensured that the bustling traffic outside never disturbed our rest, allowing us to enjoy a quiet and restful sleep. Special thanks for arranging the collection from the airport and transfer back, that was very much appreciated. I am grateful to the manager - Mr. Jeremiah for his kind assistance upon arrival.

During my last night (at 2.0 am) alarm was working (apparently it was security system with batteries getting low), I was woken up and rather worried, had to call the reception for help. Only after several attempts it was possible to settle that issue. I hope those items would be checked and proper maintenance would be in place. With thanks for help and assistance8

The staff were fantastic from the front counter through to the breakfast staff. They all seem to enjoy their job and it shows they couldn’t do enough for me. Walter and Ketra were exceptional and I will have the pleasure in seeing them and the other staff when I fly to Kenya in 16 days time. The location is excellent close to the International airport the Conservation park (zoo) it’s definitely not a zoo, I don’t really enjoy zoos but this is amazing and a shopping mall with a big supermarket.

Nothing not to like there. Excellent service .

The rooms were well kept, the WiFi worked great, also the air conditioning was really nice! They have a nice pool as well. There was an issue with my shower and they moved me to another room and upgraded me. The staff was really nice, helpful, always ready to listen or help you with anything. The food was amazing!

Everyday there are swimming lessons for children who are not staying at the hotel. This causes that the entire afternoon there is a lot of noise, running, children splashing. So if you want to relax by the pool I don’t recommend this hotel. Also when the sun sets there are like a million spiders coming on your little terrace which makes sitting outside not pleasant. They have a rooftop bar but the seats are very low and not pleasant to eat at. And the spider problem is there as well. So eat at the rooftop restaurant during daylight.

Great staff, decent location for the airport, botanical garden, animal sanctuary and lake. Nice pool and bars, very comfortable rooms, good WiFi.

It has a noise issue - it is on the busiest road in Entebbe to the airport which is always busy. I had to move rooms to the opposite side of the hotel. But the fire doors at the end of the corridor are thin and vents kept open so the noise carries down the corridors.

Very clean rooms and nice pool. Very friendly staff. Convenient location near the airport and easy to get to Kampala from here. Was welcomed warmly by the team of Jovia, Ketra and Hamza and other staff as well throughout the stay made me feel very welcome and made me wish I could stay longer. Unfortunately it was a quick work trip but will definitely be back and will recommend highly for those coming into Uganda.

We had some issues in our first room. We quickly got replaced to a different room, the suite, which was very comfortable, big and hygienic. The hotel has a beautiful view of lake Victoria and very kind and helpful staff.

The breakfast was amazing, kind staff and rooms that facilitate all you need for a great stay. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar a lot.

Outstanding, friendly an attentive service that met our needs at the end of a two week safari in Uganda. Perfect place to stay before our flight out. The facilities are spotless and the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The pool is very nice as well. This is a great business hotel and also a nice place for leisure travelers like us coming and going from Entebbe/Uganda.

The hotel has an excellent location very close to Entebbe airport and near two malls as well as the Botanical Gardens. Our room had a wonderful terrace with a view of Lake Victoria. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel shuttle was punctual and the driver charming and a great help to get in and out of the airport quickly. There is a wonderful terrasse on top of the building with great views and the restaurants serves the most amazing curries. We can't wait to go back!

We would have preferred a walk-in shower instead of the luxurious large bath tub and perhaps more space to put our toiletteries. Also a larger double sink would have been nice.
