Very cozy and pleasant hotel in the small suburb of Nevshehir - Nar village. Comfortable room in rock style with all the necessary. We were pleasantly surprised for the jacuzzi bath in the room and the inner pool in the hotel itself. Hotel has quite a complex structure, lots of stairs and looks like a part of fairytale castle, it was really interesting to walk around it and look at different amazing things and designs. Very friendly staff who are ready to help you at any time. Breakfast is modest but it is enough to keep you from feeling hungry.

Our room wasn't very clean when we checked in. Maybe there was a wedding couple or something there before us because there was a lot of little confetti, party decorations and a couple of deflated balloons everywhere. Otherwise everything was great.

My first trip to Nevşehir turned out to be the best, thanks to the hotel. First of all, many thanks to Bektaş. Thanks to him, our stay and impression of the city were excellent. We found ourselves in a situation where there was no cash for a taxi, they organized a transfer for us to all places, so we could be everywhere. Room: Insanely beautiful - aesthetes will love it for its design and comfort. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! The bathroom is my special love. Hotel: Located 15 minutes from the national park, walking distance to restaurants and a shopping center. Breakfast: Very tasty! Every day the staff prepares something new, by the way, I tried the most delicious omelette with tomatoes here. I will definitely come back here and recommend it to everyone.

Super amazing property, friendly staff. We got our own Hammam bath in our bathroom. The restaurant has great view and the terrace is amazing. The entire property is portrait friendly if you love taking selfies or making photofolios. They offer relaxing spa. Free Parking is available at streets. Away from the city chaos. Heating is great. Toilet has automatic bidet. On our way back a nice gent (forgot his name) helped us with luggage and gave my wife and daughter two nice little goodie bags.

The steep stairs. Not a problem for me but bit risky if you are travelling with toddlers. Keep an eye on them before hurting a nose. Also the breakfast spread could be developed. We had a lot of Turkish breakfast items but there were no meat or chicken! Though you can always ask for eggs of your choices.

Clean room, nice rustic hotel design, large room and bathroom, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, nice rooftop terrace, kettle in the room.

The mini fridge inside the room was broken (although we specifically asked for a room with a (mini)fridge) and they couldn't do anything to repair or replace it. The shower was very uncomfortable and flooded the bathroom. The room has little daylight, as the window opens into a corridor, and it isn't quiet, as it communicates with a living room for all the guests of the hotel.

I wasn't on holiday - I had an extended (12 day) stay at this hotel for personal reasons. The staff couldn't have been kinder to me - helping me with taxis and encouraging me to take away extra food from the breakfast room. The breakfasts were lovely - a range of breads, cheeses, fruit and condiments was provided as a buffet; in addition egg and sausage omelette was cooked on demand. The rooms were amazing; this is a cave hotel so they have the appearance of being carved out of stone; they are quite quirky, but also manage to have all the facilities you require, including kettle and fridge in the room (which not all hotels in this area do provide). Some of the rooms even have a jacuzzi bath.

The most amazing staff. They truly care about your stay and want to help any way they can to ensure you enjoy their amazing city and country. If you want to truly enjoy Kapadokya, stay here. They can arrange a rental vehicle to arrive, book horseback riding, atv trips, a turkish bath, and balloon rides. I will remember this place fondly.

It's the best hotel. Stay here. I would change using booking.com. on this particular hotel, they charged extra than what the hotel was charging. I would go and coordinate directly with the hotel and go around booking. I've noticed more and more that booking is overcharging. If it continues I'll just use it to find locations and book directly with hotel.

The hotel is quite new, located in a quiet place, but there is a mosque nearby, so be prepared to wake up every day around 5AM with the first call to prayer. The hotel and the room are clean and very nicely decorated and the staff was great.

The room was a little too small for all our luggage, but all rooms are different from each other so that might not be the case for you.

Even though it is a bit away from the main attractions in Göreme and Derinkuyu, it is still very comfortable to see them with the offered tours. There are also plenty of cave houses in the area, and you can see a valley with ancient farming terraces from the breakfast room. The Rooms are huge, new and classy and very clean. And so was the bath. There is plenty of space to hang out, the rooftop terrace, a dining room, a breakfast room and two more are being built. Speaking of the breakfast: it is simply amazing. You are in for a treat. But even better was the staff. They were simply amazing, extremely nice and really helpful. Before we even came, we could move our reservation by a day because we could not make it on time. Then they gave us a free room update. Ferhat helped us to book train tickets for our further journey, gave recommendations about restaurants and even gave us a lift twice, as he was on his way home from the hotel. When we were sitting on the rooftop terrace, they served tea and Turkish coffee and invited us to join when they were having tea there. This is what peak hospitality looks like.
