A sensational location, an authentic Turkish mansion! I didn't feel like I was on vacation, it was like I was visiting my own relatives. Clean, from the beginning, cleanliness maintained throughout the stay. Breakfast with many local, authentic products. What I ordered a la carte was very tasty and high quality. I noticed an exceptional initiative of the hosts, that of the tea at five o'clock, an opportunity to socialize with the other guests, but also to enjoy cakes and tea, absolutely delicious. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have an authentic experience, far from what current tourism offers. The owners and employees are willing to help you and solve any request.

We had an absolutely wonderful 5-day stay at Villa Konak Hotel in Kusadasi, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had! After staying in Kusadasi for two years in a row at a different hotel, we decided to try Villa Konak this time, and it exceeded all our expectations. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and truly dedicated to making our stay memorable. Their hospitality made us feel so welcome and at home. The hotel’s location is perfect: centrally situated, yet surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for peaceful and restful sleep. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully maintained, with lush greenery creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was a highlight delicious, varied, and made with high-quality ingredients. It was the perfect start to our days. The 5 o’clock tea service was another delightful touch, served with care and attention to detail. Every aspect of the hotel, from the cleanliness to the ambiance, was impeccable. We were thoroughly impressed with Villa Konak and would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Kusadasi. Korkut and Izim were very warm and kind. One of our party was unwell and they and their staff cared for her during her stay. They drove us to and from the meeting point for collection by a mini bus and drove us to the airport and cooked excellent evening meals. They also arranged a tea every day which enabled us to socialize with other guests which was an excellent idea.

It became a little cooler towards the end of our stay and it would have been nice to have had the dining area covered to avoid the wind. More varied fruit for the breakfast would have been appreciated.

Everything about this hotel is superb. The delightful series of courtyards and nooks in which to read and relax, the pool and of course, the 5 o’clock tea tradition with homemade cakes and biscuits. Rooms are comfortable and spacious and breakfast is plentiful. The hotel has a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere made possible by the delightful staff and always helpful management. If you don’t feel like going down the hill to eat, the hotel provides meals. We had the best fresh local octopus ever. When my wife one night was feeling ill, they provided a special meal. K also arranged transport to Ephesus and an airport transfer. Cannot rate this highly enough.

Villa Konak is an amazing 100+ year old family hotel with amazing history. It’s now run by a lovely couple who made our stay very comfortable. It was like staying in someone’s home. Had a nice pool. Breakfast was fabulous and with so much variety. They had a well stocked fridge, where guests could help themselves, recorded it and paid on checkout. One can have simple dinners which were really good. It was a 7 minute walk to the main town and hidden away fr the hustle and bustle of the tourists centre b

Rooms are on the 2nd floor so if you are not one for stairs, this may be difficult. Basically have to help yourself up the stairs with bags but I managed to get some help. The narrow cobblestone street down to the town centre is steep. So walking up can be difficult for some but the whole street and restaurants and bakeries along they has a charm of its own.

Villa Konak is a lovely hotel, set in a peaceful citrus garden. It is quiet, lovely to be in and full of delightful touches, which immediately let you know that you are in Turkey. As it was the first place we stayed in when we arrived from Greece, we loved this aspect. The owners and their staff make you feel right at home. The breakfasts were delicious( freshly picked citrus!) and afternoon tea was a welcome treat. We loved wandering up and down the street into the heart of Kusadasi and the nearby tangle of streets were great to walk along,too.

This hotel feels like an oasis just off the busy shopping area, At times it's so quiet it feels like your own personal villa with a pool. The Turkish staff are always friendly, capable and obliging. The tea/cake at 5pm is a pleasant break and a chance to have an interesting chat with other nationalities. Breakfast was included and a great mix of local and regular food..we loved it. Hotel is on a hill with many original/traditional shops:bakery further up , 1min walk down to main shops, 7 min to Port, ferry etc

If Heaven Had a Check-In Desk, It Would Be at there If you're planning to stay in Kuşadası and you're not staying at Villa Konak... well, you're doing it wrong. Full stop. This place isn’t just a hotel — it’s a Turkish fairytale with Wi-Fi. From the moment you step into this charming building (which, by the way, has more history than my high school history teacher ever managed to cover — it dates back to 1923!), you feel like you’ve just been adopted by the warmest, most delightful Turkish family on the planet. Let’s talk location: you're 3 minutes away from all the action — shops, bars, delicious chaos — but the villa itself is tucked away in a peaceful corner so quiet, even your thoughts speak in whispers. It’s the best of both worlds: fun within reach, serenity within walls. Inside? Oh, darling… the lounge welcomes you with a gentle breeze like it was personally trained by a Mediterranean goddess. Step further in and boom! the yard explodes in greenery and flowers like nature itself is showing off. And the pool? So calm, it could put a cappuccino-sipping monk to sleep. We practically whispered our swim. Our room? A whole vibe. Clean, beautifully styled, and full of character — just like the whole property. It felt more like staying in an antique postcard than a hotel. And then comes 5pm… Tea Time. (Yes, capitalized.) This is not just tea — it's an event. You sit with other guests, share stories, smile like you’ve known them for years, and maybe even exchange Instagrams you’ll forget to check. The owners join in, and that's when you realise: this place isn't just run by professionals — it's run by heart. No noise, no fuss, no stress. Just sunshine, kindness, and the occasional cat wandering by like it owns the place (it probably does).

Great place to stay at the city centre! Very cosy and beautiful. Very welcoming staf! Manager ready to help with any info you need, reservations, tours, transfers! Restaurants recommendations were just top notch! This hotel has social life and you will feel comfortable and welcome really fast! And this is coming from introverted person! Room was comfortable. Has air-conditioning, enough place for storage, hot water all day around and wooden windows. Pool is deep enough to swim. Breakfast was delicious and varied from day to day.

Kusadasi is the city on the hills. So to return to the hotel from the port area you will need to overcome a steep climb. Be aware. Mosque is also very close by. So you will hear early morning prayer. Also maybe it's just nitpicking but few more shelves in the bathroom will be very handy.

Well there is only one way to describe our wonderful stay there… HOME. Because you really feel like you’re in your own home and that everyone there is your family. Clean, large, beautiful rooms with good a/c. Lovely swimming pool. Really good breakfast and dinner and this from someone that stayed the previous 5 days, at the Swissotel Buyuk Efes in Izmir. Nothing to complain about. Thank you Korkout, Atol, Leyla and Murat for making our stay so exceptional! We will be very happy to see you again. This place is highly recommended!!!
