Great hotel overall – super clean (honestly one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in), with big modern rooms and a large bathroom that even has both a shower and a bathtub..

The downside: the location isn’t convenient unless you have a car. It’s pretty far from most things. What I didn’t enjoy was the vibe from the staff. In 5 days, I only got one smile (from a lovely lady named Tugsan – hope I spelled that right!). Everyone else looked unhappy, which makes you feel unwelcome as a guest. Not their fault, but management should really look into why the staff seem so unhappy. So: great facilities, but the atmosphere could be much warmer.

Need to clean the sewerage tubes in the shower cabin of the room 513. I think it is related to almost all rooms, as I had been staying in October for 2 weeks in the hotel and had the same issue.

The hotel facilities are very good. The quality and variety of the restaurant is very good. Rooms very confortable.

Not really any specific issue. The hotel is pretty far from anything touristic and the town, but if you have a car it's well located.

Very clean, excellent and helpful staff.

Nothing to complain about. But it’s just a bit far from Izmir itself. We had our rental car so didn’t feel much but if you don’t have a car then be prepared.

The rooms were. Very big as well as toilets were big and clean had nice pillows

The pool closed early

Loved the room design, they made something very nice with the lighting on the walls. Bed was great, internet was excellent, the bathroom with the bathtub (which was a reason why I booked this room) was great.

Sound proofing was very bad, I'm not sure why but the window wasn't keeping the outside sounds away (motorway and ventilation) maybe seals should be changed but it was really annoying and one of the only negative points I had with the room. Check out was long (no one at front desk and no bell to ring).

I didnt like the location which was 24 min away from center of ezmir and gas prices are already high , transportatiin will be expensive too , so if you are planning a long stay i advice a central hotel , although i doubt it to be as clean and great as this one

This is an immaculate hotel. Very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

The location is out of the city but for us thus was not a problem.
