I had the most exceptional stay at Kuum Hotel, I loved the view, the spacious & clean rooms and the delicious food. All amenities were available and within walking distance, but if you didn’t prefer to walk, buggies are available around the clock and just a few minutes away. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I can’t remember all the names, but Figen, Mert and Ahmed were super amazing and made my stay extraordinary. Also restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were amazing as well. Almost everyone spoke English, but the ones who didn’t, they tried their best to help out. I’m already planning my next visit there :)!

Such a beautiful experience, it was my first time in bodrum and my stay at Kumm hotel made it very special, the way I was welcomed by each member in the hotel. Everyone will come out of their way to help and make my stay more pleasant. The godmother of all of this was Mrs. Figen, who welcomed everyone with genuine smile & always there to check if your stay is pleasant. Mr. Mert, who took care of the guests moving around the resort with beautiful smile and uplifting chitchat. Ms. Zainab who made sure the room is clean & tidy and many more that I didn’t get the chance to know their name. I highly recommend Kumm hotel if you wanna feel home away from home.

There were quite a lot of stairs around the property, which could be tiring. While the breakfast tasted good and the service was nice, it would be better if they added more variety—perhaps offering different options on different days. The service at the beach was also a bit slow.

The most stunning views and right on the water. The cabanas and water hammocks were amazing. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were cleaned twice daily. Golf carts to get around the property. Menu was amazing as well. DJ plays great music all day so the vibe is also incredible. Superb property and fantastic holiday. Can’t wait to come back!

Not really a dislike but the gym could have more updated equipment.

Great time. Spacious room, beatiful views everywhere.The cleaning staff did an excellent job servicing the rooms, attention to detail, and they organized our room very well. The cocktails and mocktails were especially good. Loved the fresh juices. The staff is all very kind and sweet, except the reception is a little grumpy. The grounds are well organized and it's lovely to stroll to the sun deck- many comfortable loungers and cabanas to relax in! Also enjoyed a massage. Great value super happy.

the tepanyaki restaurant used so much sauce..I should have mentioned to use less sauce and the staff did not understand food allergies, but act like they do, and then bring an item with the allergen. it is a very cool ambiance at the restaurant, I still recommend it for this.

Good facilities. Clean. Food was very good. Staff was pleasent. Facilities in the room worked well and the amenities were very good quality.

Its on the seaside and the water was nice. However if you’re looking for a sandy beach, its not there. As with most hotels in the area they have decks over the water for sunbathing etc and you would just take a dip into the deep water. Its nice but if you’re one who likes to lie on the sand, pebble beach you won’t have it.

Room cleaning was perfect, thanks to Filiz Hanim and her teammate. Also Alena Hanim at the restaurant deserves 5*. In general, all the hotel staff was helpful and respectful.

Hotel management and beach club/restaurant management are different, so the client profile. Hard to give an order ( as the staff are not wearing a uniform) until get familiar with the faces. As the season is about to end, restaurant's menu was limited.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kuum Hotel in Bodrum for four nights and was blown away by the extraordinary experience. There are so many options in Bodrum and we felt we absolutely made the right choice. The staff's exceptional hospitality made us feel truly valued throughout the stay. Visiting in May before the high season allowed us to enjoy the peacefulness and tranquility of the resort, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The immaculate rooms / villas were a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The overall vibe of the hotel exuded positive energy (what you want when visiting Bodrum!) and provided a warm and welcoming ambiance. Lastly the hotel is in great proximity to other areas / attractions. No more than 15 minutes by car / taxi. I highly recommend the Kuum Hotel for anyone seeking an unforgettable retreat in Bodrum!

The rooms were large and clean. The staff were friendly and quick to help/respond. The outside beach/swim area was wonderful. The food was great! I forgot my sunglasses in the room and we had to checkout at 4am to catch a flight but their staff quickly noticed them and returned them to us.

There aren’t too many places around (walking distance) if you’re looking at places to eat outside the hotel.
