The staff were welcoming and the manager was very helpful and spoke english, the pool was clean and spacious, breakfast was decent and chef was friendly, Dolmus passes from the hotel, cheap 10 minutes ride to city center or back.

Room floor wasn’t clean, music from neighboring night clubs is loud until early mornings, bed was two single beds attached to each other

The pool was fabulous Excellent location, so close to the markets, restaurants and beach

You have to pay €6 extra for Air Con per night but most of this was included with booking.com but still had to pay a little bit extra

Great location, beautiful facility and very helpful and friendly staff.

Shower was full of sand and balcony hadn’t been cleaned making me wonder what else hadn’t been cleaned.

Property is in a very good location in Gumbet area of Bodrum. The beach is across the road via a short well lit connecting walkway. A taxi rank is opposite so ideal for getting around. The kids loved the pool and the place is kept clean and tidy by a friendly team. Nothing is too much trouble and we enjoyed our stay. Felt very secure and safe and we were able to walk around the local area in to the early hours with no issues as it is well lit and had a high level of footfall. The hotel is very price competitive so please accept it for what it is a budget hotel for all travellers.

It is near the night life of Bodrum so it can get very busy in the evenings.

Its located near to beach and taxi hub plus city center is just like 10-15 mins drive. Its a very touristy location which does not reflect local culture but very convenient.

I understand the business model, but even for safety box in the room, its been asked additional fee which was weird to me. And cleaning cane to room and left new towels etc but did not collect the dirty ones and did not do the bed lol

Wifi wasn't very good

Great breakfast with lots of variety! The pool area was beautiful to hang out at and the staff were very friendly! This hotel is very close to the beach where there is lots of music, hang out spots, shopping and other fun activities. There is plenty of fun areas to party and have some drinks very close as well.

The wifi/power turned off a few times during our stay, and during the night we could hear music from the clubs ( this is a nightlife area of bodrum) so we knew what we were in for going into it.

The description of the room was misleading… the room clearly shows that it has AC. When we arrived there the receptionist Mr. Khaled said that I have to pay an extra of 6 euros per night for having a room with AC! This was not acceptable as already my room has one! And what kinda of hotel that doesn’t have AC in some room and charges you extra for it! The towels were free and changed daily however it clearly says in the bathroom that and towels are charged every 3 days and if one want them daily, one should pay 2 euros per towel! Again it is misleading and tit felt that they want to rip you off!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is very good. The room had a balcony.

The price was a bit too high for the room conditions. There was a hidden fee of 6 euros per night for the AC which very weird. The toilet was leaking, no toilet papers, the shower head was broken and leaking too and the shower was not clean.
