They must change the food … is no for a 5 star hotel unfortunately! I have told them many times ….

Great Vacation mr. Mert very welcoming did everything to accommodate us. From transportation till end vacation 24/7. Thank you mr. Mert. Landscape its great. Location perfect. Beach sandy water crystal clean, Swimming pool clean, Entertainment could be better, downside only food options its not many choices to choose from. Definitely you always find something to eat but if you fancy excellent food this place doesn’t suit your needs. Spa perfect overall recommend the place for holiday

Food

The atmosphere was welcoming plus the beach and pool were near the room.

The toilet in the room was old and need remodeling to modernize it plus the air conditioning system was not performing well. Also the housekeeping staff are not bilingual and need to be educated in customer hospitality and english skills.

Everything was perfect 👌. The most friendly staff we have ever visited, the water in the pool was clean and warm, the variety of food and drinks was good,the entertainment events were different.I would strongly recommend to families! The place is big enough with different activities available.

The only thing I didn't like were the insects-bees, wasps and cicadas - the better prevention will be highly appreciated. Otherwise as a friendly reccomendation, I would advise for more English speaking statt, the information book with hotel policies, map and available activities, better presence in social medias.

I spent the most wonderful 8 days on vacation with my wife and baby in Bodrum at your hotel thanks to the two wonderful guys who work there who were so nice and kind to me and my family that I have to mention their names in my post, their names are Erhan and Lokman and I would like to mention the girl who works in the restaurant as a host and welcomes guests and who was wonderful to my 14-month-old daughter and her name is Pinar. Thank you very much, wonderful people and we will be happy to return to your hotel and recommend it to all our friends.

I have no complaints about this place as it is exactly as described. Food was delicious and always so many options, every meal was an impossible mission to stay on my diet. They have salad bars, maaany cheese options, cold plates, hot plates and many fruits and desserts for all the 3 main meals. During the day you can get unlimited snacks, coffees and drinks. Our room was huge and well ventilated, also had AC and a mini bar. There're a big pool, a smaller one attached for kids and a separete one also for adults, we didn't use that much as we preferred the beach. Beach was perfect, very clean, multiple sunbeds and they also offer beach towels. For us our stay was perfect and we would highly come back there.

Gym is very outdated and has very basic and rusty equipment. Also quite small. It would be lovely if we could have the same ice cream bar from dinner time during daytime in the cafe.

The room was large with comfortable beds and appropriate structure and facilities. The behavior of the staff in the whole complex was very friendly. The sandy and well - maintained beach is one of the most positive assets of the hotel. Kudos to Kubra from Kids club for her work, care and entertainment to the kids. The vegetation in the whole complec is impressive.

The cleanliness in the restaurant especially the tables and chairs should be improved.

This location, by far, has some of the best and most amazing customer service. The staff was friendly, and there was never a problem during our stay. Mr. Mert, the Manager, reached out to us before we arrived at the resort to make sure to welcome us in advance and meet all our special requests. I have never seen this in any resort or hotel before. He always made sure that we had no issues during our stay. The beach and the view, both from the room and throughout the resort, were indescribable in their beauty and cleanliness. Also, I would like to point out Can, the lifeguard, who always greeted us with a smile and a happy and professional attitude. With that being said, the service was overall very good. Thank you to all the staff, especially Ramazan, Murat, and Huseyin, in the dining area, who treated us like family each and every time we dined there. The only downside that I can point out was the quality of the food served at dinner. Despite having quite a lot of choices, the quality could definitely improved, as by comparsion the breakfast was also exceptional in its selection and quality of preperation. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I can surely say we will be back.

Nothing

The meals were excellent, our son loved the watermelon and I loved the simit for breakfast, still warm from the oven. The overall atmosphere was friendly and the mix of foreign and domestic guests felt very nice.

The water in the kids pool was for some reason always colder than the big pool, and our two year old could not stay for more than 15min at a time, as he was starting to shiver so much he could climb the stairs on the water slide, which he loved so much.

We had very relaxed and pleasant stay at Kairaba Bodrum Imperial. The staff was exceptionally nice and friendly and helpful. The facilities are all thought out. The sea is right on your doors and very clean, but a bit cold at the end of May. Every night there is some kind of entertainment, for kids as well. There are 2 big swimming pools and another one for kids only. The coffee house coffee is not bad as well. There are several buildings and the surroundings are all green and beautiful. The food selection is good and has some chef’s specials from time to time.
