Nice room with a small balcony. Beautiful breakfast terrace with a sea view. Very close to town - only a few minutes walk to the central square.

Great hotel location. Breakfast included for genius 2-level user was good enough to choose from - coffee machine, tea, veggies, fruits, granola, flakes, different cheese choice. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed. Room provided with water bottles of still and mineral water, instant coffee and tea bags, kettle, capsule coffee machine and couple of capsules to use with clean glassess and cups. Useful face mirror in the bathroom, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, even cotton buds. Enough towels and disposable slippers. And very lovely view from the balcony to the lighthouse, wonderful!

We got a 4 floor room and no elevator there that's a bit sad especially after a long day. Hotel overall clean but seems to be old - maybe a renovation and upgrade will be great to level up experience there. The toilet in our room was making additional sounds when upper neighbours flush their one

I really enjoyed my stay at Gardenia Hotel (4 nights, May 2023). The location is central, close to restaurants, shops, beaches, bus station, and other attractions of Kas but at the same time at a proper distance not to be disturbed by the noise. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My warmest regards to Sezgin Bey )) Rich open buffet breakfast, meals differ every day, fresh pastry, homemade jams, unlimited tea, coffee, juices, water. Splendid view from a terrace. Daily cleaning, spacious room, comfy bed, bathroom in perfect condition.

the staff was so so helpful and kind, there was a very young man who carried our super heavy luggage 4 floors for us. he was so kind and polite. the view from our room was exceptional!!! we had the loveliest stay there. we loved the terrace and breakfast and the most convenient thing ever was the location we rarely used any transportation, next to the most picturesque street and restaurant.

our room was on the fourth floor, which is more like fifth floor, so make sure if you have any problems with lots & lots of stairs to book the second or third floor.

The location is wonderful!! The staff was personable and so sweet! It's very close to everything and very clean 💗 Beach clubs are crossing the small street in front. An easy walking distance (hills tho) to the town for food and cute shopping!

Some things to consider: - no elevator (I was traveling w an older adult) - the hallways echo so you can hear everyone coming up the stairs at night (their shoes and voices). - hindsight I would have loved a stay with a pool (but this is not the properties fault!!)

The hotel was in a great location, very close to the center of the city. The room had a nice view. Wi-Fi was good. The staff was really friendly and very responsive to all of our questions. In the second day, they gave us a plate of fruits and we really liked the gesture.

Breakfast wasn’t really great, it could’ve been better. Room cleaning wasn’t the best also.

The hotel is in the heart of Kas city center, amazing location. The room is very spacious, was very clean, and the view from the terrace is amazing. The view from the tub is the same as the terrace, overseeing the sea, and the tub itself was a very nice experience. Staff was always very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast choices were enough (in my opinion). The restaurant is also overseeing the sea, which was a nice plus.

The hotel is very central, which makes it challenging to park. However, there are spots for the hotel guests, and in case there isn't any available, you can check with the hotel reception where it is possible to park.

The hotel is located right at the Kucukcakil beach and the area is very quiet at night which is great considering how busy the city center gets at night. The breakfast was perfect for vegetarians and vegans! We are both vegans and we couldn't have asked for more! It is one of the best breakfasts we've ever had during a vacation. The staff is very nice and friendly, rooms are clean, spacious, we had a beautiful view of the sea as well. I will definitely come back!

Loved the breakfast. Very nice staff. Pretty view. Amazing terrasse for breakfast. Not hard to get to, it’s close to the center.

We didn’t have a duvet, only a bed cover and we had to ask for a bedsheet. It was like this in 3 other hotels in Turkey so I guess it’s normal. Note that it is not very accessible as there is no elevator (only stairs)

The hotel is in a great location with fantastic views. Room was small but well laid out. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious and the communal couches and terrace were gorgeous.

The stairs! It’s typical for accommodation in Kas but it was tiring and a bit treacherous to go up and down the stairs all day.
