We recently enjoyed a relaxing stay at this Pattaya beachfront hotel. The beach and comfortable loungers provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The staff were friendly, and the convenience of having shops, food stalls, and restaurants within walking distance was a definite plus.

It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider updating and upgrading their furniture in the lobby as the current furnishings do not match the hotel's overall ambiance. On a positive note, the pool provided a pleasant evening swim, but it's essential that the hotel installs pool lights to prevent accidents, as I experienced a minor injury due to the pool's rough surface. Furthermore despite two phone calls, the room service failed to collect our used plates from the restaurant for two days, which was disappointing. Additionally, the cleaning service should pay more attention to removing hair from the floor

private beach needs attention every day. I picked up at least 2 hand full of broken glass every day of the 8 days I stayed. it was mentioned to staff that a old man could not walk down to the water because of broken shells and glass. it was cleaned then but not after that day. it’s a tiny beach and it would only take 1 hour for 1 staff to do every day. not the hotels fault what’s gets wash up on there beach but it can be cleaned up

From the warm welcome to the most amazing staff members and the location of the hotel minutes away from everything needed....it was fantastic!! The room service was quick and food delicious! Maintenance also quick to respond and fixed all the problems well! Housekeeping staff so polite and lovely! The shuttle service staff were wonderful too! Individual staff : Aom who catered to the needs of our babygirl, Zaela every morning....wow! Joke who was always willing to drop us close by to a restaurant or pharmacy...great! Punch and Drop with those big smiles...lovely! Nean oh Nean....the most wonderful staff member we have ever encountered in all hotels we stayed at....he is truly the best...very respectful to my father and family members...was always willing to help us with our queries... anything you need he was there...truly a gem of a person! He even surprised me with a parting gift of a framed picture when my love unexpectedly turned up for a day to spend time with my family! Nean is a star! Overall my family holiday was a trip we will always remember lifelong thanks to Golden Tulip 🌷

Zero negative points!

This property is great for a relaxing stay. The room was clean, excellent bathroom and shower. . Decor was great and the bed was big The breakfasts where amazing with hot and cold dishes plus fruits everything. There was a very large swimming pool with towels provided, There was a private beach with bar and meals There was a Tops shop with all requirements 100 yards and a couple of cafe/restaurants further up the road One staff member I think is name was Nern sorry if wrong was outstanding with help but all staff where friendly especially in dinning area. Great Wifi

A little out of the way but it suited us for the peace and quiet after Pattaya Central. Nothing to dislike

Really friendly staff, lovely comfortable room, 10 minute walk to the main High Street and a lovely private little beach. Free shuttle service to Pattaya beach and back. Beautiful views of The Santuary of truth.

The little beach often gets debris such as plastic bottles and other rubbish washed ashore. I feel like it can be cleared up more frequently. My Bluetooth eye mask disappeared from the room. It may have been caught up in the linen change but it was never recovered. I feel like for the price a basic breakfast should have been included.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel in North Pattaya, which is so contrasting to many huge resorts in the area. The room was very clean and spacious, with a balcony featuring a superb view to the sea and to the Sanctuary of Truth, one of the phenomenal attractions in Pattaya. The hotel offered the outstanding breakfasts accompanied by the great selection of fresh fruits and excellent coffee. There is a night market and a few convenience stores just nearby.

The hotel owns an excellent coffee machine, but they use it only in morning time. During the day, the restaurant serves a kind of brown water instead of coffee. I have no idea, why not to use the same great equipment all the day?!

I originally booked a sea-view room in the first building, which only had a shower. However, on the day of my stay, the hotel upgraded me to a sea-view room with both a bathtub and a shower. I was very impressed! The staff were friendly, always smiling, and eager to help with carrying things. The pool was clean, and fresh towels were provided. The beach had crystal-clear water. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious! 😁👍

I stayed on the upper floor, and at night, there were quite a lot of insects and bees. I accidentally left the door open, and the bees flew into the room, attracted to the lights. I had to call the staff to take care of the situation. 😅 Since the hotel's parking was quite limited, I had to park on the side of the road, which was a bit concerning. 📍

Nice hotel, off the beaten track a bit but fine because we have a car. Fantastic view of The Sanctuary of Truth from the hotel's private beach. Good food at the cafe on the beach. Breakfast was OK, expensive for what it is. 350 baht a person so 700 baht for 2 people. We at breakfast at one of the places down the road, 400 baht for 2 people.

Wifi in the room was very, very sketchy. Shame really because it's really my only gripe. However, the staff worked hard to resolve this and went above and beyond to help me keep a work meeting.

The room, location, and breakfast were amazing with friendly staff.

They thought starting heavy maintenance work with extremely noisy machinery at 00.30am on the roof was a good idea!! We had to call the reception 3 times to have them finally stop at 1am. This was shocking, and I don't understand how anyone could have thought to start noisy maintenance work at these kind of times in the middle of the night. That is the reason I can't give a rating of 10.
