Hotel and its interior design is relatively new. It looks and feels nice from outside and inside. There is an elevator. There is a convenient parking lot for your bike. The curtains are thick and block the light if you want to take a nap during the day. The glass is relatively thick and blocks loud noises too. There is a nice pool on the roof (small, but good enough to chill by)

Some guests can be really noisy. Especially coming back from Bagla in the early morning. I had to wake up a couple of times and go to their rooms to ask to behave themselves. There will be no room service unless you put a sign on the door knob. They might also not change the bedsheets every time when the room is cleaned. Make sure to emphasize that you need a change every time. Bathroom didn’t have a curtain. Every time I took a shower the water was everywhere on the floor (didn’t bother me much, but still) Some bedsheets and towels need to be changed completely as they don’t look white anymore and have a bit of grayish tone.

Great Location. We hired scooters from reception on check in. Reception was very helpful. Water given on request. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend thank you!

Swimming pool area clean, sunbeds need replacing.

It was super clean, comfy beds and lovely staff!

The pool area needs some maintenance - the floor boards are not all there or lifting up. Could invest in better sun beds too as they seem old and flimsy

The hotel was very cute, staff very friendly and helped me with anything, swimming pool amazing good view of the city and clean. Room was big and clean woth everything I needed for me it was very good stay I recommend. Location is ok but a bit far from Patong beach, I didn't go as I have day trips so for me not a problem otherwise I walked 30 minutes.

I would say that there is a smell in the bathroom but after putting the aircon on it is gone so not too bad, but maybe to be checked, same for insects because I had one in the bathroom but the staff dealt with it.

Everything was great. A nice comfy little hotel.

The best 3* hotel I've ever seen, and I have something to compare it with. I chose it based on the photo, I was attracted by the presence of IKEA style furniture, the presence of a swimming pool and covered parking, I travel on a motorcycle and this is important to me. We were allowed to check into the room 30 minutes early. When checking in, I noticed that there were toothbrushes with toothpaste; I had never seen this before in a 3* hotel. Towels for the beach/pool are issued and changed at the reception, without an appointment, which pleasantly surprised me. The staff is very friendly and speaks good English, which once again indicates a high level of service. I want to return to this hotel, unlike many that I visited in Thailand. Best price/quality ratio.

The staff were so lovely and helpful and our room was cleaned each day with fresh towels and water provided. There was also a roof top pool with amazing views which we went to sit up there one evening but due to time constraints and wanting to get the most of the day we weren't able to utilise the actual pool (it closes at 9:30/10pm). We got a tuktuk to the beach on the first day otherwise it is about a 30 minute walk to Patong beach.

The location. Only massage places, loud bars and restaurants down the street which were full of young Thai girls and old caucasian men, great if you're into that but we were not, so we felt a little uncomfortable on an evening when leaving and coming back to our hotel (we were two young sisters travelling).

Friendly staff with options to book tours. We could check in 2 hours in advance. Hotel is located up a hill, a bit further from the center but it's quiet at night

Food menu could be better. In the shower, there is no shower curtain/glass so after a shower, the whole bathroom was wet

The room is very comfy!, very clean and friendly staff, Location was very nice, only 15 min walk to central patong and nearby the mall and many restaurants nearby, as well as a 7/11. We also had an orange kitten that followed us in the hotel on our last evening, and reception took care of the kitten and played, hopefully it has a home :)

Grab car/bike can be hard to get picked up in the area, but there are nearby tuktuks and also we just rented a bike :)

Hotel was very clean. Room was of decent quality. We reached at about 10 am and were provided with early checkin by the hotel staff, which was really appreciable.

The breakfast. It was a set menu( no buffet) with just 1 portion of egg with toast and salad. Same set menu everyday. Really sad by the breakfast, no option for vegetarians/vegan.
