-Great location, opposite the night market, near lots of restaurants and a 7/11. -Loved having a shared kitchen, it was nice to be able to cook a few meals, it’s well stocked and cleaned daily. -Comfy bed, lots of space in the apartment, big fridge with coffee and tea supplies.

-The bathroom could do with some work, it didn’t feel overly clean, a centipede type bug came up from the shower drain whilst I was showering (no fault of the hotels I’m sure) -An additional lock could be fitted on the bedroom doors as I didn’t feel that the push button ones are sufficient.

Excellent location- right next to an amazing food market. What a great space- and so much of it! Well thought out, comfortable and spacious. V good level of cleanliness and friendly / helpful staff. We didn’t use them apart from the sink but the shared kitchen facilities looked decent: Handy also to be able to leave luggage after check out. Thank you. Key card took a little getting used too, we found holding it to the bottom of the key pad helped. Fridge could do with a deep clean but apart from that perfect!

The Loft Series was absolutely perfect for our stay in Krabi. It is situated in the main part of town and close to the night market, yet it was very quiet there at night. The Loft is a really unique and efficient space, and we had everything we needed there, along with a handy book of information for the suite and for the area in general, including tours and attractions. We would definitely recommend it!

As others have mentioned, the mattresses on the bunk beds are extremely hard.

Perfect location in the center of Krabi town. You have access to the night market right across the street and everything else is within walking distance. Staff were very welcoming and nice. We were worried about noise at night from the night market after reading the reviews but it was actually pretty quiet at night.

The keycard to open the front door wasn’t working very well, we’ve notified the staff on the second day of our stay but nothing changed for the whole week.

The property was as described, clean and basic but good value for money. The host was very responsive to our queries.

The bunk bed mattresses were very hard and could do with being thicker. There is a large glass window/wall in the ground floor apartment we stayed in which faced directly onto the street so we had to keep the curtains shut all the time. But as I said, you get what you pay for and for the price it was good value for money.

Clean and spacious. Right opposite the night markets so handy for grabbing food

It's good if you want a quiet trip but if you want to do all the tours just know that it's about half an hour away. Taxis are cheap though and the moped hire is a fun way to travel

Clear, detailed, communication before I arrived (the keys to the apartment are in a key safe outside, there are no staff on site but they provide contact number/ address of sister hotel if help is needed) Close to 7Eleven, some nice restaurants (May and Mark’s House) Clean apartment, comfy bed, hot shower- I stayed on my way back to the airport, so was everything I needed

A light outside the entrance door would be useful when arriving after sun down

It is an excellent facility. This being a hostel you may not get staff but it is self equipped with things that you need. An excellent facility and excellent location. A restaurant aside has good food too. My kids enjoyed Netflix too :)

It is little modern for me. Taking a key for your room from a locker is something new to me but I can get used to it.

Good location. Big apartment.

Not so clean. We put the "clean my room" sign out every day but they didn't clean it every day. There was no aviable cleaning equipment to do it for ouselves.

There were outlets, lamps, and USB at the bed. There was a dining table and plenty of space. We used the shared kitchen on the ground floor. We enjoyed some Netflix, which was a treat after five weeks traveling. The location is very good - Across the street from an evening market and 150 meters from the crab sculpture. There was a fridge in the room conveniently stocked with water. They thoughtfully provided umbrellas.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned as well as it should. You need to be Really specific when communicating with drivers as to the location - It’s NOT where the Pak-Up hostel is located. I found sending a maps screen shot was the solution.
