Staff were so friendly and lovely and welcoming. It was very tranquil and relaxing, if you want to majorly chill out this is perfect. It’s beautifully presented and modern. Good facilities in room and the view of the beach from the pool was stunning.

There was no one on reception when I wanted to check in and no one there when I wanted to check out. I tried the reception line and whenever someone answered they hung up on me multiple times. I managed to get through to Nan instead and she sent someone who immediately came. So, it wasn’t a big issue I just think for 5 star hotel, the reception shouldn’t be abandoned.

Incredible villa. Comfortable bed, huge bathroom area and great outdoor space with of course a great little pool to relax in. What took our stay to the next level were the staff, in particular Nanni was amazing from the second we checked in to the second we said goodbye. Helped organise everything we needed with a smile.

Very peaceful and secluded.

No bar or restaurant but only a 2 minute paddle or 8 minute walk to Grams next door.

Private pool, luxury interior, wonderful staff. This place is for those who really want to get away from it all.

Restaurant was closed for renovation and very little nearby. Hotel doesn’t really have its own beach.

A bit far away

The resort is simply stunning, we stayed in a private pool villa which was just beautiful. Private, modern, comfortable beds, lovely touches in the rooms such as beach bags, hat, robes, slippers & luxurious toiletries. The staff were up there with the best we have experienced on the Island - check in was quick and streamlined, the housekeeping team were superb, the restaurant & bar staff were outstanding and the lovely manager was always checking if everything was ok. We knew where the resort was located so with a car it is close enough to the action however a perfect peaceful retreat. We loved the pool area, private beach & really enjoyed chilling out here for a few days. The restaurant and food was 5 star along with amazing cocktails. We felt like the only guests in a private 5 star resort - we cannot recommend this resort enough, superb value for money with staff who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We will be back soon! Thank you for everything

The villa was beyond our expectations, absolutely beautiful and very spacious! The hospitality was amazing and Nani was a lovely host who made us feel very welcome and was always happy to help us out, including very kindly driving us to places and helping us book tours!

The property was undergoing some renovations when we stayed so some of the facilities (the bar) was out of use but this didn’t really matter to us as we spent a lot of time out exploring the island and there was a lovely beach club right next door.

The staff was super kind and courteous. We were always greeted with a friendly smile when we walked past the reception. They went above and beyond in helping us make restaurant reservations, arranging transfer back to the airport for us and helping us with our luggage. It’s a beautiful property located right next to the beach. There’s beautiful palm trees and greenery everywhere. It’s very peaceful and you could hardly notice the other guests staying there. The pool villa we stayed in was absolutely stunning! The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. Despite there being lots of insects and bugs in Thailand we didn’t find a single creepy crawler in our room during our entire stay. The housekeeping team did an amazing job!! The included a la carte breakfast was very delicious and the menu offers a huge variety of both sweet and salty dishes. Thank you & ขอบคุณมาก to the whole team! Huge recommendation. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Koh Samui! :)

The suite size was very spacious. Complimentary toiletries were very good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant (Yo and Jae). Breakfast/dinner was very good quality. Gowns and slippers great quality. Own pool was lovely size. Communal pool and area very attractive and clean. The location is remote, great if you're looking for peace and quiet. Access to kayaks and yoga mats was nice. We were there during songkran and were gifted water pistols and treats which was a nice touch: they also held a celebratory ceremony.

Experience slightly tainted by being charged about £8 for a glass (toothbrush holder) that broke, which seemed excessive. Needed more coat hangers, we sort of lived out of the case. Put up additional bed was really very hard. Access to the beach is tide dependent. Seals on doors etc were not great and mosquitos were quite present due to tropical nature of surroundings.

The villa is amazing. There is a private pool, the rooms is spacious and the bathroom is huge. It was always clean and super quiet, you almost feel you have the resort all to yourself. The hotel's pool is very big and the beach is nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful and always attentive to us. Especially Kaow, he is so nice and thoughtful!! You can rent a Moto directly at the reception and they bring it there, very convenient. They have juice and fruit everyday at the reception for free, to take to the room if you want. It's really nice.

The bed is a bit uncomfortable because it sunks a lot. Also the breakfast was a bit confusing because in the first 2 days of our stay, we could order up to 3 dishes from the menu (included in our breakfast) besides the normal stuff that were displayed. On the other 2 days, we could only order eggs (different types, to our choosing) and also the normal stuff displayed.
