Breakfast was wonderful with a broad selection of Thai food, western healthy food and big breakfast options eggs,bacon etc. The pool in the resort was lovely for lounging, and happy hour was fun! The pool across the road fronting the beach was also lovely!

Honestly, there was nothing that could be done better, the resort is lovely! having breakfast in the accommodation side then moving to the beach for lunch and dinner made it feel like even more of a treat. the private yoga and muay thai kickboxing classes arranged by the resort were awesome! The fire twirling display on the beach in the evening was also great entertainment. However, the staff reigned supreme over all of this, they were incredible, warm, honest and caring. They shared their local knowledge to support us heading out to immerse in local culture - and warned us of where to be careful. Every day we arrived to smiling faces genuinely interested in where we had been and how we had found the experience. Special mention to Queen, Golf, June and Bennie, beautiful humans!!

Everything about our stay exceeded all expectations. The staff were fabulous and nothing but helpful and lovely. The breakfast was always exceptional. The room was lovely and clean and well presented. We were first greeted with a lovely cold cloth and a drink. A five minute scooter ride away is a great little spot (Fisherman's Village) for shopping and dining (on the beach if you like). Scooter hire for the time we were there was organised by the resort for us. Could not have been easier.

Everything was perfect.

We loved the whole experience for the 3 days that we spent there. We could laze around the pool from morning to evening. It was located just outside our bedroom, so it was very convenient for us. The Breakfast which was included in our package was awesome, Lovely staff served us all throughout the day. Lunchtime, we crossed the road to the other property owned by Prana and had a snack there overlooking the bay, watching the world go by, planes coming and going all day long. Evening time, more of the same, across the road again for Dinner, that was the part of the day that we actually looked forward to. It was just getting dusk, the sun was going down and it was an awesome romantic location for dinner. The meals were top class all the time of our stay. The staff who ensured our safety crossing the road, were very kind. All in all a fantastic experience. 10/10. 5 Stars. Highly Recommended

The rooms on the beach side was amazing, with nice pool ant wonderful view.

beach was very dirty, even though they said they clean it every day. Also it was not possible to go anywhere by foot, because of the busy street with no sidewalks. Breakfast was average.

Rooms were really good, spacious and clean. There are two pools, one on each side of the road. Both were great and the infinity pool right next to the beach had amazing views. Fantastic staff, everyone was very friendly, especially Joke, and helpful and really made our experience at this hotel special. We were there for Songkran and the staff really got involved and made it a fun and brilliant experience. The water fights were all really good natured and the local street food stalls outside the hotel were doing some fantastic food. The hotel bar and restaurant did lovely food and drinks and there was something on most evenings, including a Muay Thai Boxing show and traditional dancers. There were a few local restaurants in walking distance, Noi Friendly being particularly good.

Not dislikes but just to be aware, the hotel is split across a busy road but the security guards were always there to help you cross safely. We hired a car (which was fine unless you are a timid driver!)so not sure how easy it would be to get around without this but I am sure the hotel would've helped with taxis and arranging tours.

We were very impressed with our stay of 8 nights. The room itself was spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was very good. The pool was excellent and a good size for the resort. The biggest highlight for us was the breakfast buffet. The breakfast is the best we have ever seen in a hotel or resort and exceeded our expectations. There is a huge variety of food choices and unlimited complimentary barista coffee which is rare to see. Staff were always friendly, welcoming and attentive which is a huge plus. Location was ideal as it was not in a super busy area, but close walking distance to good restaurants/cafes. It is also good to know that it is very close (literally a few mins) to the North pier that has ferries that can take you to Ko Phangan.

The fitness center could be better. It was far too small for the size of the resort. It could only fit a maximum of 2 people, and often more than 2 people wanted to use it at once, so people had to wait for their turn or cut their workout short.

Large comfortable rooms, great breakfast with an excellent variety, very helpful staff and amazing pools. The infinity pool by the beach is particularly stunning and relaxing! Although the swim-up bar at happy hour was fun at the other one! The sand in this area is softer than nearby beaches and the area is quieter compared to other towns, which we preferred.

While the hotel is split across a busy road, they still always help with safely crossing. You also can’t hear the road in the rooms either so it’s not really an issue

Prana Resort was amazing! The staff were absolutely incredible and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. You can walk a short distance to a 7/11 store for anything you may need. The Tropikana Beach Bar, on the beach side, has amazing food and cocktails. Our villa was on the beach side, so we had to cross a busy road to get to reception or breakfast but there was a man there stopping traffic to help cross the road. He seemed to be there from early morning to late at night. I would definitely recommend Prana Resort to anyone looking to stay on Koh Samui.

Everything at the property was amazing and it was super easy to access the beach side, we had a room near the pool. Staff were amazing and we would definitely recommend anyone to go there for a relaxed Holiday.

The hotel is approx 5min away from Fisherman’s village and 10-15 from Chaweng (in car), which is fine! Though the area around the hotel is very quiet. One thing to note, to booking.com, the hotel’s Tropicana bar/restaurant was undergoing renovations, so it was closed for dinner after 6pm, which was never written anywhere. That was super disappointing as we had been looking forward to use the hotel even more than we did, we only had dinner 1 time at the hotel due to this. Prana Resort mentions this on their website, but this should have been stated on booking.com as well. We wouldn’t have changed hotel due to this, but it would have set expectations.

Do yourself a favor and book this hotel. As the staff at Prana always says, "they have not forgotten how to do Hospitality after the pandemic". Stayed in the room by the infinity pool/ocean and it was absolutely great. It is a huge room with a huge bathroom, both with enough place to leave your belogings. There were amenities, and the room had complimentary coffee and bottles replaced water everyday. Views were stunning. Hotel is close to the Fisherman's Village, which is a great place to visit for food and shopping (A 7 minute taxi that costs 200 bahts. It is not a walking distance, though). There are also other options to eat near the hotel on a walking distance. The food in the hotel was good, specially at the Tropikana Beach Club - menu had a lot of options of Thai and Western food. The staff was extremely helpful. One night I spilled a beverage on the room sofa and when I called to ask for some cleaning products and a rag to clean it up, the staff showed up at the door with ANOTHER SOFA to replace it in less than 15 minutes. Specifically wanted to mention the attention of Lak, who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. I was interested in having dinner by the beach one night (which is one of the services provided by the hotel), and he and his team took care of all the details. Koh Samui had some tough rains on the previous days, so the beach was not the cleanest. Lak and the hotel staff went to the point of cleaning up the beach around the hotel to make sure the dinner was possible.

No problems at all. Maybe the only point that could be improved is breakfast. Felt that there could have been more options.
