Excellent breakfasts on the seashore (in 5 days the menu was not repeated even once). The sea is great for swimming (it makes no difference whether the tide is high or low). Secluded beach with several cafes within walking distance (10-15 minutes). You can rent a bike at the hotel at a reasonable price. The rooms are not new, but clean. New bed linen and towels. The staff is friendly and fast. Sunsets are top. We would love to come back here.

The plumbing in the shower needs to be fixed. If you don't drive a bike, but like to party, this is not the place for you, check Google maps before booking.

there are lots of mosquitoes all day long so you need a repellent all the time. Hotel is located around 30 mins from the airport and it's quite isolated so if you don't drive motorbike, you need to walk like 20 mins to get to main street where bit of shops are. and the part of the way to the hotel from main street is very steep . It's a beach front hotel but beach is very narrow.

The location being away of the tourist center in a quiet area, the kindness of the staff, the bar and the fair prices, the breakfast with good variety every day.

It is our third time visiting this resort. Last time was 10 years ago the resort was about 2years old. Since then I saw no renovation and no maintenance, except of renewing the sunbeds. The resort needs maintenance, painting walls, interior and exterior places and furnitures. I am afraid coming back after a while, if the condition is the same like this year, staying will be no longer pleasant considering paying for a beach front room 150euro per day.

How many units can you build on a piece of land? Because of this, I won't come again. I definitely need space. Location can be a problem, need scooter or taxi to get to other shops etc. Room with garden view looks like the photo I attached.

The rooms were good for a couple, more than enough space, big bed The food at the restaurant was very nice and lots of options! Beach front, so really nice to decide between pool or the sea!

Only thing I can say that I didn’t like is the pillows on the bed were too hard and the duvet was too small for the bed! As others have mentioned, it is a bit out of the way (I see this as a good thing) but something to note. It is a very family friendly hotel so lots of kids splashing around the pool, again, not something that is bad but something to note if you’re looking for somewhere quiet then this hotel probably isn’t that!

Cute resort right on the beach, although when high tides it's not convenient to get in the water as there is no beach but only the water directly. Great service. The restaurant has good variety but is pretty pricy.

Our room was very small, although it was writen 28 sqm (301 sqf) it felt much smaller as the balcony was spacious but not used much due to rain/ too hot. The rooms are really close to each other and as the room has big windows there's not much privacy. It's on a small bay which means getting to the hotel is only by car/ taxi.

Simple and pleasant rooms, a small but fun pool with an amazing view, right on the beach so you can go from the sea to the pool, and a tasty breakfast. The location is a bit far but it's quiet and worth the short drive.

We arrived with three children and paid for all of them through Booking. We were given two double rooms, and they demanded an additional payment to set up an extra bed. We had to practically beg for an extra blanket because the older kids didn’t want to share one. In addition, they insisted on giving us only four towels each day instead of five (and there was no option to request that they not change them daily).

The pool and the views of the sea. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff were wonderful and always helpful. Bungalows were lovely and modern, just a little bit on the small side. Lovely bathroom. Comfortable large bed.

There is not a beach at the resort to sunbathe at. When the tide is out at around 5.30-6.00pm there is only about 3 foot of beach and at all other times the sea was at the property boundary. There is a beach area accessed via the W hotel next door but I think this may have been a private beach. The bungalows do not have great sound proofing and we were woken several times by the neighbours music or TV. You have to have transport to visit any restaurants or areas outside of the resort. We spent £100 in taxis in 5 days.

Stunning views from the pool and relax zone. Delicious and varied breakfast. You can sweam or walk to the W beach along the coast (when it's low tide), there is beautiful view to the Bo Phut bay and coarse yellow sand. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent, you can relax and sleep in peace and quiet. If want to hang out, you can reach the ring road in 15-20 minutes.

The shower was a little bit strange, it was hard, but possible to set up a hot water. It's not the disandvantage, but you should keep in mind that the way to the hotel is in a hilly area. Especially if you ride a bike or a car, the road can be quite challenging first few days.

The property was really nice. There is a few beach bungalows located in the property and they are very close to each other but it didn’t bother us at all. Each bungalow has its own entrance and outdoor seating area which was perfect. The room itself was lovely. Bathroom was lovely also. Bed is very comfortable and each day they cleaned and restocked the water and coffee. There was a television with Netflix as well which was nice when we didn’t want to be out at night. The property has a restaurant on site that does breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ate here a few times and enjoyed it each time. There is a beach you can get to from the bungalows which is lovely for walk/swim and the swimming pool is also lovely. The hotel itself is a little bit off the main road and there is a big hill down to the hotel but it didn’t cause any issues for us. It was nice to be off the main road and if you rent a scooter everything is accessible. If you’re not renting a scooter the hill is not an issue for taxis or anything, so the hotel is very accessible with or without a scooter. Fisherman’s village is only 10 minutes up the road on a scooter/taxi and has lots of restaurants and shops! We went here a few times.
