Got ironing board at the lobby. Staff at the counter can speak fluent in malay. Nice & clean room too.
Just have to take note, if you search in google maps/waze the hotel name as neo grand hotel. Its the same hotel. If you search for ‘neo hatyai hotel’ it might invisible on maps.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. When I got a little sick,they sent a vehicle to take me to the hospital immediately. Room service always stands by to serve you, oh so amazing. Near 7/11 breakfast but ABIT far from halal restaurants but still you can walk a little distance ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Everything was perfect! Accept the cold room! the AC was advanced and I'm used to sleeping with my remote to control or turn off the AC while in bed, but I have to go directly to the control system to turn on and off or control.....but still that still was okay

Location was around 10 mins walk to Lee Garden. Near a cafe amazon branch(3 mins walk) for coffee, and opposite 7eleven. Clean, and quiet.

The property was clean, the lobby looks new and renovated but the rooms looks old but it’s clean! Very very spacious. The family room has like a divider for each bed which was convenient for family stay. The bathroom has a bath tub . Very near to Lee garden . It’s like 10 mins walk. Opposite hotel has 7E. Behind hotel has self service laundry. The price is totally worth it.
Can’t name one negative thing haha overall love everything here.

Location was good enough to walk to the city center and around town, foods, shopping, massage and a 7-11 just across the street.
Room lighting can be re-position / fitting for better brightness. Given an option to guests for basic toiletry needs. (fortunately, I have my own), lastly, room 778 shower spout has to change.

Very helpful staffs to recommend us the cheapest tuktuk in town, also recommended us the best place to exchange currency. They were always happy to entertain our queries! (they are fluent in malay!) The property is walkable lee gardens and most of the Chinese restaurants street, we saved quite a lot on transportation, recommended!

The receptionist was friendly, and when I mentioned our room issues, she was very helpful. I also found that the receptionist had no issues with refunding the report based on other comments I read it
The hotel is old, but it's nice and has an aesthetic appeal.But for the shower, the water is not too strong, plus the shower is positioned above the bathtub.

The room was very spacious n big, very clean. The staff is very friendly. The room has been accommodated according to our requirements. The location in the town area is very convenient in walking distance to many places. I really had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was nice. The price is reasonable.

One of the male staff was very very helpful. Not from the front office. But the one rides the 4 wheel motorbike 🥰🥰🥰
Didnt like the ironing place. Either should have in each room or each floor. Only 2 iron for the whole hotel in ridiculous. Have to queue and wait.

The room is spacious. The water pressure is very good and the hotel is located in front of 7 eleven and Money Changer. Your staff named Tee Tee is so polite and helpful. She speaks Malay and that is awesome.
