The staff are absolutely incredible! On arrival we were quickly checked in and given a full detailed description of local amenities and events - so helpful. We also had an issue with our key which was a bit tricky to work. We spoke to reception who helped us into our room and five minutes later, replaced the entire lock! We also checked out at 5am and there was someone there to offer us coffee. They really go above and beyond. The room itself is very nice too - spacious with a big wardrobe and fridge with complimentary water. The bathroom has free shower gel and shampoo, and a separate shower instead of a wet room which was nice. Water pressure is decent and the water very hot. Great value for money!

Not a huge issue but the bathroom had seen better days! Just a little run down but apart from that it was great.

Comfy very large comfy bed clean linen.. pillows were super fresh .... spacious room if you wanna do yoga and work out inside ..fridge was ice cold and didnt make any noise .Bathroom was lovely. No bad smells anywhere hot shower if you need it ... Great Air con which was definitely needed .. Restaurant/ bar was so chilled and delicious food ... I booked one night and extended 5 more ... a great and proper hotel looked after properly ... 711 and an amazing fish restaurant 30 second walk .... lazy I know but when you want a beer at 13.49 ....steamed fish at 19.00 and a toasties at 03.15 .. Brilliant place ... Thank you for having me guys if you read your reviews xxxxx Next year I'm coming for a lot longer ...

Great Hostel situated just 15 minutes walk from pub street in Chiang Rai. The staff were incredibly kind not only did they give us great tips on what to do they also helped us get bus tickets in a complicated situation. The Hostel IS clean and well équipped and breakfast IS delicious and varied. A Big Big thank you to all the staff and to the owners who were incredibly kind! See you soon!

The place is authentic with the local vibe. Free breakfast is also delicious to try local foods. The owners are very friendly & helpful to guide places to visit. Recommend to stay & it is near to the Sunday night market.

Great host - would stay again. Breakfast ok and included for free - Thai options changed daily, plenty of fruit, bread, scrambled eggs

Beds were quite hard (this was a twin room) Not central (but I knew this - last minute booking) No soap provided for sink.

Good quality for the amount paid and friendly staff. Nothing special but a nice place for a short stay with a basic breakfast.

Bathroom needs to be redone or deep cleaned but it’s ok

Fantastic hotel, deserves big praise. Loved the free breakfast, which was a huge buffet selection that changed every day. It was also so convenient to have a restaurant downstairs with a large Thai menu and good prices. The staff were all really friendly and a big shout out to the owner and chef, who were both always around and great fun to talk to. There is an Oteri coin op laundry just opposite the side entrance, a 711 next door and a phone shop where you can buy a SIM card (if this is your first stop crossing from Laos). Bus station was a good 20 minute walk - doable for us but with big bags you may just as well Grab it. Vivien House restaurant a few minutes walk away was also really good and cheap, with some Western options.

The Hostel was clean and in a perfect location, the main road close to the accommodation was full of nice restaurants and all the main facilities like 7 eleven, pharmacy etc… The staff was really kind and the breakfast was tasty. Really recommended

really nice staff and breakfast. the rooms are clean and good value for the price. they help you to arrange anything if you need it.

the walls are thin, so it was a little loud and we had to sleep with earplugs. but we also had the room next to the road.
