The hotel had a lot of amenities. There is a restaurant, which provided breakfast, a spa, a gym, and a pool. The pool is small, but good enough for a swim and some R&R in the sun. The room size was larger than normal. King sized bed, a desk, a cozy built in sofa by the window. Hotel has a lovely big lobby with a lot of seats for lounging. There is also a bar if you want to order a drink. There is a pillow menu. We had 4 pillows on our bed and all were soft so we called for 2 harder pillows. The location is walking distance to the Night Bazaar so you can go out every night for shopping and food. The services provided by the staff was very good.

The bed was a bit hard. If you're used to soft beds, you may have trouble sleeping. The hotel has central air-conditioning, which you can adjust for your room but takes a bit of time to feel the effect. Nothing in the room was complimentary, except the water, which didn't taste good. The fridge was smaller than I expected for a room that size. There is a flashlight in the closet, which we found interesting. It eventually came to use as there was a power outage for the whole hotel on our last day. Only had emergency lights for less than 10 mins. The staff responded quickly when we called asking about it. Once power came back on, they called to check in. Didn't negatively affect our stay much but something that may happen again in the future.

I chose the hotel due to it;s location as it is located right next to some of the larger night markets in Chiang Mai. It's also not far from Chinatown. The guys at the door were very welcoming and generally the facilities are modern. Also the hotel is accessible as well for those who require access via walkers or wheelchairs.

We had a decent sized group and requested for the hotel car to pick us up from the airport and drop us off back there which is a great service. The first car we had was a bit small for our group despite having let hotel know in advance the size of our party. The drop off back to the airport was fine though.

Upgraded to suite immediately. Great breakfast, and excellent dim sum lunch option. Dinner options excellent.

We had to leave room at 1 pm and wait in lobby for four hours before going to airport. We felt after staying in the hotel for a week and eating all our meals there, the hotel could have given us a place for the afternoon. My wife uses a wheelchair and could not navigate the terrible sidewalks of Chiang Mai.

Good location, very close to night bazaar. Loads of food options a stones throw away. Ample parking spaces available. Reception and front of hotel staff very friendly. Booked a Club Deluxe room but was upgraded to a Suite room, which was very nice. Bed comfortable, WiFi strong, plenty of hot water available for the bathtub. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of options for all tastes. Price was very good, when compared to the price of equal quality hotels in the area.

The Club lounge receptionist was not nice at all. Very arrogant and condescending. She questioned the fact that I actually had lounge access at all, and it appeared to me she thought my Thai wife of 14 years was someone I had just found in one of the nearby bars! To this end, we decided not to use the lounge at all during our 3-night stay. Not a big deal as it looked a waste of money to me, nothing much provided. Most likely would have been treated better if we were perceived to be 'high class' Thais. Dusit hotel staff (in my experience) always seem to fall over themselves to accommodate 'VIP' locals. Despite the above, would certainly stay again, just would not book a Club room 🤭

staff, food quality and position in the old town were exceptional. situated in walking distance of just about all the historical and tourist sites. food quality and presentation very high. staff were brilliant. polite,helpful to a fault and all with very good language skills.

room furnishings a bit dated and the room was a bit musty(most likely from a lack of use during and post Covid) . that mustiness was gone after one day with the A/c on though. parking very limited if you’re driving. breakfast was tasty although slightly limited options on the buffet.

Location is very close to the night markets and Very close to halal Hilal street. The staff, especially Mr Yan, is very helpful. Gave tips about what to do and where to go.

Nothing. Except that it was written here earlier that the restaurant was halal certified. The restaurant is currently NOT halal certified. Pork is served.

Breakfast was good with a lot of verity and reasonable price. Location was good that we could walk around and explore the area.

The first room 914 was not good, as the light kept turning off THREE time by itself. I had to instead to change the room at 8pm. I didn’t like the bath tube as it was too high and wide that I had to climb over to take shower and climb back after shower. I am 5 feet even.

Location, clean and tidy hotel, friendly staff, check in - check out are easy and smooth, spacious room, comfortable, 2 TV’s are available, the bed and sofa bed are so comfortable, shower room is nice, no need for a safety deposit, massage is available at the hotel and it’s great and professional.

No bidet next to the toilet seat in the bathroom ( not available ) which makes me feel uncomfortable.

One of my friend's mum was feeling unwell during our stay and I was very grateful for the midnight shift receptionist's help in getting ambulance and providng assistance for us during the course. A big thank you to him.

Some of the rooms doesn't come with standing shower. It will be even better if the deluxe king room type have standing shower room instead of having shower on top of the bath tub which causes great inconveniences to elderly peoples especially when they are about to step out from the bath tub after the showering. It can be a safety hazard.

Location is convenient. I stayed here before so knew the hotel. Seems dated, but the rooms are good and the beds comfy and bathrooms large. Can use sofa beds or extra bed for kids. Walking directly to the night markets etc. Hotel reception helped arrange a private taxi for day trip to the mountains. I would stay here again.

Lobby is empty - no character. Corridors to rooms are very dark and need upgrading. Elevator small and old looking.
