The staff at Lenny's were very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size with air conditioning and WiFi. The shower was good. Refrigerator is great for keeping water cold. The hotel is in a great location for the nightlife.

Live music below the hotel and across the street until about 1:45am I knew this before booking and it was not a problem for me as I was usually out until at least 2am enjoying the nightlife anyway, but it is something to be aware of if you want to sleep before that time.

Great location right in the middle of everything. We part stayed here for the nightlife and this was a good choice because we could go back to our room to cool off whenever we needed to as we were so close to all the main bars and clubs. The noise didn’t bother us. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV had Netflix and YouTube. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with taxis etc.

The lift was broken but this didn’t affect us too much. Our room didn’t have a kettle but I just asked for one at reception and they gave us one. Obviously don’t stay here if you will complain about noise at night - there are plenty other places you can go.

The room was cozy and clean. The bedroom had glass windows that faced right outside the main lively street and you can feel the entire vibe of the city. So for someone who is into enjoying the music and liveliness of the city this is THE BEST SPOT as it is centrally located at the main heart of it all. At night it wasnt too noisy either, so overall pretty good stay.

The bedroom was reallyy tiny and the beds were a tad bit uncomfortable/hard. The elevator wasn’t working so we had to walk up the staircase which was difficult as my mother has knee issues. I specifically booked the place seeing that it has an elevator so this really bummed us out.

Perfectly located hotel in the heart of the island , rooms are clean and cozy and the staff is way more than professional and honest… there’s a story worth sharing regarding the staff of this hotel that has to be shared . I forgot a BIG amount of money at my hotel room and realized that when I landed in Bangkok… I called the staff hopelessly, however they managed to take the money and transfer it back to me … Fantastic staff for a breathtakingly beautiful hotel .. and I’d like to thank Mr. George Ryan the respective receptionist for his honesty and efforts

The location is amazing. Near all restaurants, shopping streets and great pubs/clubs

Right in the centre of party hub therefore it can get a bit noisy at night. Also if you are booking through booking.com kindly specify for a quiet room if you'd like.

Cleaned the room once in maybe 4/5 days but maybe I forgot to put the sign on the door and the music was a little loud but the air con and tv helped drowned the sound out

The Hotel staff was amazing especially Ryan at front desk! I had a knee injury and struggled getting around Ryan me located good local stops that were not far to walk to, one night I ordered in and Ryan brought my food to my room. he was a blessing!

At night the local music is very loud, I would suggest requesting a room in the back side of the hotel. Luckily the live music is not all even.

It’s quite loud but not much of an issue but if you are light sleeper it might not be great.

Clean, easy access, very very close to the bars so its a bit noisy, if you are a party person its perfect. Big room and staff very friendly. And the best part is that i got a free ticket for a Pizza and a Drink. Over all great experience :)
