I had a lovely stay at Montri Donmuang Resort. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by charming scenery that made the atmosphere peaceful and relaxing. The staff were very kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room and common areas were very clean, which I really appreciated. Another highlight was the convenience, we had two 7-Elevens nearby, which made quick shopping super easy. Even though the resort is a bit far from the city center, Grab rides are affordable, and there’s a train station less than 10 minutes away on foot, which made getting around very manageable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay with easy access to transport and lovely surroundings.

The breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but it was still enjoyable, and the fruit was especially fresh and delicious.

The place is like a resort with authentic Thai rooms which are cute. The staff is very polite, especially the owners daughter and the night receptionist who helped us order dinner and gave change, given Bangkok taxi drivers are not keen on giving change. They give a fresh toilet roll and two bottle of water everyday. The pool is fun to relax in after a hot day. There are a few 7/11 stores within walking distance. There is a good laundry within walking distance as well as lots of small restaurants serving authentic Thai food.

The room had a lot of mosquitos which can be annoying but easily fixed by a mosquito spray. The property is quite far from the tourist attractions like the grand palace and night markets. But that's not that a big deal because bolt and grab are easily available.

This property Is located at 10-15 minutes’ drive from the Don Mueang International terminal. On a quiet street but within 5 minutes walk of several convenience stores. Getting a cab to the airport can be a challenge as it is too close. We got a few declines before the final acceptance. Not shy to say that in our experience cab drivers are crooks even if you use apps. So watch out. The property is good but not that great. I think there has been a management change and the staff mentioned that there is spa while the name of the property is Montri Resorts and Spa. The staff is helpful and attentive. A simple breakfast is provided but is not vegan friendly. Other than towels no other kits were provided. The room did not even have a hot water electric kettle let alone any accompaniments like teabags and coffee bags. If you ignore these, overall for stay, this is a convenient location to stay close to the secondary airport that we chose as part our our planning.

The staff were absolutely beautiful and took very good care of us. Very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was basic but sufficient and fresh eggs were on offer. Each day there were some small changes to what was available along with standard offerings. Reception very kindly organised laundry service for us for a great price and quick return. Fresh bottled water and toilet tissue was delivered each day in a bag and hung on our door. The grounds are super cute with lots of antiques that I loved looking at and exploring. The pool was small but perfectly fine. We had a great short stay here with our family which included teens. There is a 711 close by for snacks and a local market for quick dinners. The don mueang station is roughly 25 minute walk away and we were able to go to Ayutthaya easily from there for less than 60 baht!

The rooms are need of an update but they are spacious. Mosquitos can be a nuisance so some netting around the beds would make an improvement.

Very cute Clean and near domestic airport. We arrived at 9pm and front staff arranged for nearby restaurant to delay close time so we could eat dinner. I wish I had more time to swim in the pool. Morning taxi was arranged immediately and we reached domestic airport in 15 minutes Being a holiday. Highly recommend this hidden gem to all. Oh yes , the beds are the best in the world. I have a bad back and I am 66 , I know !

All good as per expectations . The pillows need to be upgraded to match the beds .

The place does not look like a typical hotel, it is full of character and little quirky details outside. The pool is small but quite nice. At night the place looked really nice with all the lighting. Its like a tiny home in the city centre. Plenty of seating area to read a book, eat or socialise

Everything was quite fine. Try and get an individual cottage as if not, there is no real sound isolation between rooms. Although there were plenty of commerce around, it would be nice to have the possibility of purchasing at least snacks or drinks. The place was was somewhat secluded, but the ambience would greatly improve if there was a fence, or plants separating the main buildings from the parking lot or street, for added privacy and security. Breakfast was disappointing.

The whole experience for my overnight stay was fantastic 😊 the staff was welcoming the location was good and the breakfast was very nice and filling. So nice and peaceful considering dmk airport is a short distance. Highly recommend if you have a layover in bangkok and you want to be near the airport

Nothing to dislike

We had Visa problems and needed a place close to the airport. With 2 kids this place was great, family room for 4, clean swimming pool and cute ambiance. The host lady is very helpful to all her guest! There is also a good Thai restaurant just a 2 min walk up the street.

Beds were a little hard, bathroom sink had draining issues, wifi is a little slow

A nice hotel with a lot of old charm. The wood based architecture was beautiful and the courtyard area was very relaxing with running water. Lots of interesting artifacts dotted all over the place. Swimming pool was nice & warm. Close to shops. Stayed one night to catch plane next day.

🌻Swimming pool was small but deep Staff were tidy and well mannered Breakfast was a plenty When we arrived there was a wedding, it was a magical experience to watch. Usually i wouldnt have this as im a moody sod however It was so relaxing here I was pleased and enjoyed their happy day🙃 100% recommend this place❣ THANK YOU 🙏

Aircon filter needed clearing out......I've done it myself now it's good(A110) Sink Tap sprays like crazy(sorry i do not have the tools to fix it)
