Daily housekeeping, clean and modern hotel. Comfortable beds with kettle, coffee and tea and microwave in the room. Nice little swimming pool to cool off. We ate breakfast once in the hotel which had a nice choice, but usually went next door to Butty Butty.

No seating pads on the chairs by the pool which was odd. A bar/coffee shop on site would have been nice, but you can stock up your fridge with cold drinks so not a massive problem. We were a little way from the metro, but found a great taxi app called Bolt to order taxis (which turned out cheaper for a family of 3 then the train!).

I like the staff and how friendly they are very much. The hotel rooms and pool are very clean, and the hotel is located centrally near the MRT. It's also very nice that it has a parking lot, so when my work colleagues come to pick me up they can easily park their car.

I find that there are a lot of tourists that lounge around the lobby in an impolite way, they'll remove their shoes and put their feet up on the couches, spread their food out messily and eat loudly. It's unappealing. There is a second floor with conference rooms and dining tables that they could use, and so I wish the staff would refer them to go up there rather than disturb the peaceful and quiet nature of the lobby.

I guess because of the location there was alot of Chinese guests. The Chinese guests refused to abide by the rule of non smoking. Our room smelt of smoke. The whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. We complained immediately and the staff tried their best to assist and provide air circulator and fresh spray. Hotel was full so no where to move our room to. The next day was better. I think the smokers left.

In the check in room, there is a very strong smell of air freshener or perfume . The strong smell of perfume made me sick. Your hotel is very clean. You don‘t need to use perfume which some old hotel used to cover up moldy smell. Everything else is terrific. Thank you for your consideration on this issue. I believe , it should be some other people that have the same problem as I have. I will return to stay at your hotel sometimes. I always a big fan of Best Western hotel in USA and some other country.

I really liked the property! The pool was clean and warm, which made for a relaxing experience. The location was also great, close to street food, walking streets, and big malls, making it very convenient. Plus, the place smelled great and was exceptionally clean.

The HDMI cable was too short, so I couldn’t connect my MacBook to the TV easily. When I first entered the room, there was a noticeable moisture smell, which was a bit unpleasant. Also, there was no toothbrush provided in the bathroom

The property was modern and felt new. The staff were always eager to help and we felt completely taken care of. They even called my mum a grab on their phone and one of the staff members went outside with her to make sure she got in and spoke to the driver for her. Although there weren’t any toiletries in the bathroom they offered anything you needed for free including lotion by calling reception.

Breakfast wasn’t very adventurous so we skipped it after a few days. Iron and ironing board wasn’t in the room you had to ask for it. And the electricity went out a few nights but wasn’t a big deal as I was already in bed.

My high rating is based on the low value-for-money price. Start with the bad: The hotel and room images are wide angle shots. The hotel is much smaller in real, and the rooms are, well, I would say sufficient, but smaller than the look on pictures. The buffet breakfast (didn't try, just had a look) isn't too elaborate, but for TBH 300 it's fine (McDonalds set is around THB 160). Location is very good. 5-10 Minutes walk (if you know the a bit hidden way next to the Lotus supermarket) to the Phra Ram 9 MRT station or the huge Rama 9 Mall. Jodd Fairs night market is also close by. I am sensitive to outside noise - with the A/C set to 'low' I did not notice any street noise at all in my 5/F room. A little surprice, the room had a full size 1-door fridge/freezer - which was empty! So you can buy your own drinks etc. The hotel/room appearence is very very new, and rooms are clean - beds where made avery day.

Can't think of anything. Would certainly stay again.

i know this area, and i think it's perfect place for life, coworking zone was good, all in room good and looks like new also i want say about shampoo and soap - perfect smells every use bathroom i had goodnes

the floor in the hallway sounds terrible, the noise is all over the floor, the doors are very loud. When the neighbors left the room early in the morning I woke up first from the noise of the door, then from their steps

The hotel was very mordern, spotlessly clean and located in a good area within Bangkok. Even though the hotel’s restaurant only serves breakfast, there are very many restaurants around the hotel in walking distance. The area is quiet even though it is in the heart of the city. The internet connectivity was stable. The breakfast menu was very diverse.

The rooms were a little squeezed and the lighting during our stay was intermittent.
