10/10 - Excellent staff, pool, facilities, very welcoming & helpful. The restaurant food was amazing! We would definitely recommend & return. Perfect family get away and nice quiet location, exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to all the staff that made our stay so special.

We liked everything, the only thing I would say is the beach was occasionally littered from the tide but was cleaned up very quickly. The location is slightly out the way but we hired bikes and traveled to the other side of the island exploring. The area has everything you need but if your looking for nightlife & lively bars this would not be the place.

The Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the visit. I (unfortunately) had some work that needed to be done via video links. The internet in the room was not quite strong enough for this, however, the staff were super accommodating, allowing me to use the super fast internet in the reception area. This was really helpful. The rooms were good, reasonable size and set up well. The breakfast was also pretty good, loads of options which changed up slightly each day. Good vegetarian option as well. The restaurant and bar area were great, a peaceful place to relax over a meal or drink with a lovely view. The pool area was great - good size!

The only issue I had was not with the place itself, it was with the peaopl each day that got up first thing and went and reseved sun lounges around the pool for their family. Quite selfish really. You would go to the pool and whilkst there wasn't many people in the pool, all the sun lopunges already had towels on them. It would be good if the hotel addressed this by saying they couldn't be reserved, that way, people could come and go throughout the day.

The resort is built from the hill down to the beach, the very clean and beautiful rooms look out onto the "inner courtyard" which is full of plants. It has a bit of a jungle feel - we liked it a lot! The Indian cuisine in the beach restaurant is very good! The service is very friendly, and you can also get your laundry done there very easily. Not far from the resort is the beautiful cafe-restaurant 2C with a view of the bay, highly recommended!

There isn't much privacy on the terrace and the rooms aren't flooded with light due to their orientation. The bar has its charm, but isn't particularly inviting to stay there for a longer period of time.

The hotel is nice and the rooms were above and beyond our expectations. The hotel restaurant is yummy but they overcharge sometimes. I do have to say that It’s far from anything central meaning we had to pay over 1000 baht (25-30$) each way to move which is not nice.

The location is far from anything else, which makes it harder to travel. Also after 17:00 you need to pay 1000 baht each way to go to the town which makes it not pleasant to move. Some simple things like the hotel pool shower was full of moss. It can be easily fixed and maintained. The pool beds are a little old.

Fabulous beach with gentle, sandy slope, warm water, and relaxed vibe. Clean and comfortable rooms with large balconies and a luxurious feel, a lovely beachfront restaurant, and helpful staff. We came here to relax and unwind after a busy time, and really enjoyed staying here.

This is not the fault of the hotel, but cannabis has been legalised in Thailand in the past few years, and the people in the neighbouring room were smoking on their balcony from morning until late at night, which was off-putting and stopped us using the balcony.

Proximity to an awesome beach, with a great pool area. The BBQed meals in the resturant were great, along with the drinks. Sufficient loungers around the pool and beach chairs. Nice quiet area to hang out on in Koh Phangan. There were a few small resturants in town to choose from, as well as a 7-11 (of course).

Bit of a sewage smell around the pool and the massage area. It is 30 minutes from the ferry, in a quieter area, which was what we liked, but may not be everyone's cup of tea.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The area and the beach were both beautiful and peaceful - we had an amazing time. We also appreciated that it was easy to find free seats by the pool and on the beach. Breakfast was included, although it was fairly basic. There are a few amazing restaurants on the beach, and a bar that stays open late. We absolutely loved this part of Ko Pha-ngan.

The balcony door didn’t close properly.

Lovely location on a beautiful beach. Nice pool and well kept grounds. Staff lovely. Rooms ànd bathroom a good size . Short walk to small town with great food court. Hotel Good value for money.

Need more sun lounges around the pool people where puting out towels very early and not using lounges Until later, would be good to have a policy of not reserving beds. Also more deck chairs needed.for the beach, More choice needed at breakfast

Perfect location. Close proximity to the most beautiful beach, with sufficient bars and restaurants. Staff were kind, friendly and warm and made transfers from the ferry terminal easy. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. We were with our boys, aged 13 and 10. They loved it and the pool was a great size.

Some damaged tiles in the pool floor which could do with repair for safety reasons. Otherwise, excellent.

Staff was super good, location was lovely on a nice bay. The bay it self is a bit more quiet which we enjoyed a lot. Restaurant was very nice and enough choice on the menu, priced well. Nice maintained garden and super friendly (Thai) staff.

No beds on the beach, which we were missing a bit. I expect it were the owners, were all day sitting at the bar and listening to louder music. They were not looking very friendly to their guests. The thai staff was very friendly. Price of Kajak rental (250bht for 1 hour) was very overpriced.
