The Resort was Amazing. Overall it was a beautiful stay of 4 nights and 5 days. 1. the beach was right in front of the property. 200 meters walk to the beach. Hotel even provides you with basket to carry your beach stuff. 2. there are plenty of restaurants, fruits and snacks shops around the property (Including HALAL). lot of souvenir shops and salons nearby for buying your swimming related stuffs. Some tour package offices are also available next to the property for some last minute tour plan if any. 3. 7/11 was right next to the property 4. Taxi stand is right at the front of the property if you want to move around to other locations and the prices are negotiable. 5. Kamala is very quiet and suitable for families with kids to stay (away from the night club life unlike other neighborhood's) 6. the swimming pool was amazing, especially the kids area with the correct depth.

While the hotel is advertised as a 5-star beachfront property, it falls short of the expectations such a designation implies. The location, while commendable, does not accurately reflect a true beachfront experience, potentially leading to disappointment among guests. However, if one books with realistic expectations, the hotel and its surroundings offer a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Awareness of these nuances is key to fully appreciating the overall experience.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were tidy.

The description of our room said it had a drier and clothes rack. Neither of these were in our rooms.

Originally, kamala beach is one of the quieter areas of Phuket, but this hotel was even quieter. It is also less than 100 metres across the road to the beach, and at the southern end where the waves are quieter. There is also a convenience store and a currency exchange with a good exchange rate nearby, which was very convenient. There is a large pool directly in front of the room and when the sea waves are high you can spend all day by the pool.

There is a dirty channel between the beach and the hotel, which is thought to be a mosquito infestation, and as the hotel restaurant is located on the road, I was bitten by mosquitoes several times just eating breakfast.

The location was great and every member of staff was always friendly and super-helpful. I'd like to give a special mention to the lovely lady on room-cleaning duties. She's very hard-working, happy and friendly. Please give her a pay rise!

My one and only complaint is that the coffee served at breakfast was extremely weak on some days and just about acceptable on other days. The instant coffee sachets provided in the bedrooms were far nicer than the restaurant coffee, not something that any guest should ever be saying!

Very convenient location across the road from the beach and next to the 7/11 and great restaurants. Pool was great. We loved the pool. The breakfast pancakes were great. Staff were lovely. And everything was clean and comfortable.

People were smoking everywhere. Even at the swim up bar.

It was the perfect location for everything, beach, food, and culture! The staff were incredibly helpful and when my partner fell ill they called a doctor to come onsite at 2am in the morning.

Was slightly difficult to communicate anything other than the basic stuff but managed to get there in the end. Breakfast was quite pricey and not as much options as seen on the advertisement picture.

Great location close to the beach and shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely pool area and reception and rooms. I booked four days and loved it so much I stayed for 9. Staff fantastic friendly and really helpful. Cant wait to return

We booked a two bedroom villa for 4 adults. It was too small, suitable for a family. The staff were great and arranged 2 separate rooms for each of us couples. Great location and beautiful gardens and swimming pools. Right opposite the beach. Great buffet breakfast , fresh eggs any way, several hot dishes. Soggy hash browns. Fruits, Unfortunately the same every day.

Only hotel where we were given a card to collect and sign for a pool towel. Then, each day if you want to change it you have to go and sign for another towel then take it back to collect the card to check out or pay 1000B. Ridiculous, all other hotels provide in the room or near pools with no cards or requirements. Very annoying. Who would want to take a brown towel.... shower could be hotter

Nice hotel, excellent location with the beach across the street

The breakfast was not great, rooms were only cleaned if we tip the staff (otherwise only garbage was removed and floor swiped) and the front desk staff was not helpful (we had a broken phone in the room and during the 2 week stay it was never fixed) additionally for a few days there were construction works (with drills and other loud machines) just next to the pool so that ruined the experience. We have stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels with way nicer facilities, breakfast and helpful staff
